This article pertains to all terms and definitions related to Shipping and Shipping Performance.

Carrier The shipping carrier used to deliver the orders
Country Enabled Users in enabled countries can buy and see the product
Destination Country The destination country our system detected from your order's shipping information
Destination State The destination state detected from the orders' shipping information
Estimated Shipping Time The shipping estimate you provided for this product
Marked Shipped The date you updated the product as shipped on your dashboard
Origin Country The origin country our system detected from your order's shipping information
Shipping Estimated ground shipping per product. This is how much customer will pay on shipping for each sale of the product.
Shipping price Shipping price per country for this product
Shipping Provider The carrier that will be shipping your package to its destination
Shipping Time The amount of time it takes for the shipment to reach the buyer
Time to door Time from when orders were placed to when the shipping carrier confirmed orders as delivered
Tracking Number The unique identifier that your carrier provided so that the user can track their package as it is being delivered
UPC 12 digit Universal Product Codes- contains no letters or other characters. A barcode symbology used for tracking trade items in stores and scanning them at the point of sale.
Volume The percentage of packages shipped to the destination country
Wish Express Cash Back The amount you received due to rebates for fulfilling Wish Express transactions on time
Wish Express Cash back (Pending Refunds) Estimated cash back from Wish Express Cash Back Program
Wish Express Enabled Wish Express products receive extra promotion and a special badge, and must ship to customers within 5 working days

Refunds

Pre-fulfillment Cancellation Rate Percentage of orders that are refunded due to the merchant being unable to fulfill the order
Pre-fulfillment Cancellations Number of orders that are refunded due to the merchant being unable to fulfill the order
Shipping Refund Rate Percentage of packages shipped by the carrier that are refunded for shipping reasons
Shipping taking too long Percent of refunds caused by the shipment taking too long to ship to the destination

Performance

Average Projected Time to Door Average time to door calculated using both tracking data from orders with delivery confirmation and projected from orders without full tracking information
Average Shipment Delay Average number of days between you shipping an order and it's tracking information becoming available
Average Shipping Average shipping price of active SKUs
Average Shipping Time Average time elapsed between an order is marked shipped and it arrived at customer
Average Time to Door Average time from when orders were placed to when the shipping carrier confirmed orders as delivered
Avg. Working Days Until Arrival Average number of working days from placing order to receiving order
Confirmed Delivered Date The date Wish received the delivery confirmation from the tracking provider
Confirmed Delivery Rate Percentage of orders confirmed delivered by the carrier
Confirmed Fulfillment Date The date Wish received the fulfillment confirmation from the tracking provider
Confirmed Shipping Rate Percentage of orders confirmed shipped by the shipping carrier
Late Arrival Rate Percentage of orders delivered after the delivery deadline
Late Confirmed Fulfillment Rate Percentage of orders with valid tracking that are not confirmed shipped within five days of the order being placed
Orders Confirmed Delivered Number of orders that are confirmed delivered
Orders Confirmed Fulfilled Late Number of orders with valid tracking that are not confirmed shipped within five days of the order being placed
Orders Delivered Number of orders confirmed delivered by the carrier
Orders Fulfilled Number of orders marked shipped
Orders with Valid Tracking Number of fulfilled orders confirmed shipped by the carrier
Pre-fulfillment Cancellation Rate Percentage of orders that are refunded due to the merchant being unable to fulfill the order

Price to Shipping Ratio Average price divided by average shipping
Shipping Refund Rate Percentage of packages shipped by the carrier that are refunded for shipping reasons
Valid Tracking Rate The percentage of orders confirmed shipped by the carrier
