Wishpost Payment Policy FAQ

Merchants can enjoy faster payment disbursement for all your Wish orders shipped via the following Wishpost channels to the specific destinations.

 

1. What countries does this policy apply to?

Wishpost - China Post (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing Warehouse)

Destination countries: United States, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, and Norway

Wishpost - EU Economy

Destination countries: United Kingdom

 

2. When will my orders be eligible for payment?

Orders will become eligible for payment 20 days after they have departed China.

 

3. An order was made 21 days ago and I haven’t received payment. Why?

Payments will be disbursed to the merchant in the next payment period. See examples below for clarification.

 

4. When will this policy take effect?

The policy will apply to orders created after 1/15/2017.

 

Examples:

  1. The order was created after 1/15/2017 and the order was departed from China on 1/17/2017. The order became eligible for payment on 2/6/2017. Payment would be disbursed on next payment period, 2/15/2017.
  2. The order was created after 1/15/2017 and the order was departed from China on 1/25/2017. The order became eligible for payment on 2/14/2017. Payment would be disbursed on next payment period, 2/15/2017.
  3. The order was created after 1/15/2017 and the order was departed from China on 2/2/2017. The order became eligible for payment on 2/22/2017. Payment would be disbursed on next payment period, 3/1/2017.
  4. The order was created on 1/4/2017 and the order was departed from China on 1/7/2017. Order became eligible for payment 90 days later. Because this policy does not apply to orders created before 1/15/2017.
  5. The order was created on 1/13/2017 and the order was departed from China on 1/17/2017. Order became eligible for payment 90 days later. Because this policy does not apply to orders created before 1/15/2017.
