Why did a transaction disappear from my Action Required queue?

If a transaction disappeared from your Action Required queue, this transaction was either canceled by the customer or placed under review. You do not need to fulfill this order if it is no longer in your Action Required queue.

When an order is placed under review, that means that our Fraud Detection Team is checking to make sure the transaction is valid and authorized. The Wish Fraud Detection Team both automatically reviews all transactions for potential fraud and manually reviews all high-risk transactions for potential fraud. Any transactions placed under review should not and will not need to be fulfilled.

We suggest fulfilling your orders as quickly as possible and marking your orders as shipped on Wish as soon as they are fulfilled.
