What is ProductBoost?
ProductBoost enables you, the merchant, to get your best products in front of more people to increase sales. You simply pick products and keywords, set bids and budgets; then Wish shows your products to customers who are most likely to buy them by promoting them to the top of search results and to other places on Wish.
Why should I use Product Boost?
You can use ProductBoost to reach more people and increase sales. If you’ve uploaded products to Wish and have not seen the sales you expect, you should pick your best products and promote them using ProductBoost. This can help get your new products discovered faster and get your best-selling products in front of more customers.
What should I expect from using ProductBoost?
You should expect increased product sales. Based on a controlled experiment, in which we were able to identify the true causal lift for merchants who were given access to ProductBoost, we saw that ProductBoost drove a 39% increase in sales. And for every dollar a merchant spent on ProductBoost, they increased sales by more than $7.50, and as much as $11.00 during the best week.
Where will my products be shown?
Your ProductBoost products may be shown on the Wish app and website, in the search results, in the related tab, and on other placements. Wish selects products to show to customers based on two things: the performance of the product (how likely is this product likely to sell to this customer) and the ProductBoost bid. ProductBoost enables products to show up higher in search results than they would otherwise be shown without ProductBoost. Your ProductBoost products will only be shown in the countries to which your store ships.
How do I tell when a product that I’m looking at is a ProductBoost product?
ProductBoost products are designated by the word “ad” on the impression.
How much does ProductBoost cost?
It's free to join ProductBoost and you only have to pay for impressions delivered. You determine how much you spend on ProductBoost. You set the campaign budgets and bids. The higher you bid, the better chance customers will see your products. We will never charge you more than your budget and never charge more than you’ve bid.
Also, for each submitted product ID to ProductBoost, you will be charged an enrollment fee per product for every campaign. This enrollment fee is charged when you first submit the campaign, and will be deducted from your regular merchant payment cycle. If you run a campaign over multiple weeks, you will pay the enrollment fee just once for each product ID. If you feature a product in two separate campaigns, you will pay the enrollment fee for each campaign.
