This article explains how to disable products on the Wish marketplace. You may want to disable products if they are out of stock, on backorder, or are no longer available. You can also disable products if you will be on vacation or otherwise unable to fulfill orders at the moment. Disabling a product will not remove it from Wish but it will make it unable to purchase. (You may learn more about removing products from Wish here.)
Disabling products manually
You can disable one or more products at a time from the Products > View All Product page on Merchant Dashboard. In the first row, you will see the "Enabled" column. All checkboxes in this column will be checked for all active products:
To disable one or more products, uncheck the checkbox for the corresponding products. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
To enable previously disabled products, you may filter for all currently disabled products by selecting "Disabled" in the top row filter:
Similarly, check the checkboxes under the "Enabled" column to enable products:
Disabling multiple products at once via CSV
You can disable multiple products at once by editing your products with a CSV feed file. To get started, prepare a CSV file and include the Unique ID for your products and one of the following attributes:
- To disable a product, include a Disable attribute. Inputting "1" for this attribute will disable the product in that row.
- To enable a product, include an Enable attribute. Inputting "1" for this attribute will enable the product in that row.
Once you have a CSV file prepared, navigate to Products > Add/Edit Products with CSV page on Merchant Dashboard, and upload the CSV you prepared. The detailed upload process can be found in this Help Center article.
To check on the upload status, navigate to Products > Product CSV File Status page on Merchant Dashboard and select "View full report" for this particular upload job. Once everything is done processing, your Products > View All Products page should reflect this change by showing all your products as disabled.
