Why does Wish respond to some of my tickets?

In order to improve the customer experience and the merchant experience, the Wish Customer Support Team triages most support tickets created by users. This allows our Support Team to handle most if not all refund requests from our users. 

 
With the Wish Customer Support Team taking care of most tickets, Wish will provide a smoother customer experience and ensure a prompt response for our users. For our merchants, you will have fewer support tickets to read and more time to fulfill your orders. We want to make both our users and our merchants happy!
