Wish Express Cashback Program FAQ


The Wish Express cashback program rewards merchants who are able to deliver orders to customers within the specified deadline. Orders that meet the criteria are awarded a 5% rebate. For orders shipped to the United States, the merchant must be a Trusted Store to receive the rebate.

 

1. What is the Wish Express Cashback Program?

The Wish Express Cashback Program is a rewards program for merchants to receive extra payment for qualified Wish Express orders. Merchants receive an extra 5% cash back payment rebate for qualified Wish Express orders placed after April 1, 2017 to October 1, 2017 and October 23, 2017 - March 31, 2018.

2. When does the program take effect?

The Wish Express Cashback program takes effect for orders placed starting April 1, 2017. There is a time period, October 1, 2017 to October 23, 2017, where the program doesn't exist.

3. How do I join the Wish Express Cash Back Program?

Qualified merchants who participate in Wish Express are automatically entered into the Wish Express Cashback Program. If you are currently not in Wish Express but would like to learn how to join the program, please click here.

4. Which orders qualify for cash back rewards?

For an order to qualify for the rebate, the order must be a Wish Express order and meet the Wish Express order deadline, as specified here. In addition, for orders delivered to the United States, the merchant must be a Trusted Store to receive the rebate.

5. How do I receive my cash back rewards and when will I be paid?

Merchants will receive cash back rewards according to their normal payment schedule in the same payment method as non-Wish Express orders. Please see this page for more information.

 

Examples:

1. A Wish Express order is placed for a customer located in Germany on April 3, 2017. The order is confirmed delivered by the tracking carrier on April 7, 2017, meeting the delivery deadline. This order qualifies for the cashback incentive and a 5% rebate on the order will be granted. This will be visible during the merchant’s next payment period.

2. A Wish Express order is placed for a customer located in Germany on April 3, 2017. The order is confirmed delivered by the tracking carrier on April 11, 2017, missing the delivery deadline. This order did not meet the delivery deadline and does not qualify for the cashback incentive.

3. A Wish Express order is placed for a customer located in the United States on April 3, 2017. The order is confirmed delivered by tracking carrier on April 7, 2017, meeting the delivery deadline. The merchant is also a Trusted Store, and receives the 5% rebate on the order.

4. A Wish Express order is placed for a customer located in the United States on April 3, 2017. The order is confirmed delivered by tracking carrier on April 7, 2017, meeting the delivery deadline. The merchant is not a Trusted Store, and will not receive the 5% rebate on the order.
