What does this mean for my store?
If you currently use the Shopify integration to manage your Wish store, data will no longer be automatic synced between Shopify and Wish to update your products or fulfill your orders. You will have to login to Wish Merchant Center on merchant.wish.com to manage your store.
When will the Shopify integration be deprecated?
The Shopify integration will be deprecated effective Monday, March 26, 00:00AM UTC, 2018.
What will happen to my existing listings, outstanding orders and order history?
Your existing listings, orders and order history will continue to be available in your Wish Merchant Center on merchant.wish.com.
Will I be able to operate the same Wish store or do I need to register a new store?
Merchant can still operate the same Wish store; there is no need to open a new store.
Will I get paid for my remaining store balance?
Yes. The deprecation will not disrupt any order or payments. You will continue to receive any outstanding balances via the same payment methods.
My Wish store is currently using the Shopify integration. What should I do to prepare for this deprecation?
You should login to the Wish Merchant Center on merchant.wish.com to familiarize yourself with managing your store and orders via our Merchant Center. For orders received on Friday, March 23 onwards, we highly recommend that you directly manage and fulfill it via the Wish Merchant Center to avoid any unnecessary disruptions in order and shipping status syncing after the deprecation is in place on Monday, March 26.
If you want to continue managing your store through automated integrations, you can choose to use the Wish Merchant API or connect with another channel partner such as Channeladvisor.
If I connect with another channel partner/api, do I need to delete my current listings and start over again?
This would depend on how the new channel partner/api implements the synchronization. If they are able to detect existing products and avoid re-adding duplicate ones, the preparation work would be minimal.
