Which products violate the “Prohibited Products” fine policy?
Product listings may be considered “prohibited” from sale on Wish if they do not comply with Wish’s policies. Some examples of “prohibited” listings include, but are not limited to, product listings that infringe on the intellectual property of others, product listings for illegal items, and product listings for recalled toys.

Note: Product listings that violate the “misleading listings” policy are only subject to penalties related to “misleading listing” policy.
What is the penalty for violating the Prohibited Products Fine Policy?
If a product listing is detected to not comply with Wish’s prohibited product listing policies, the merchant will be fined $10 and the product listing will be taken down.
Merchants are allowed to dispute these fines.
When does this policy go into effect?
The policy goes into effect on April 30, 2018.
