Which products violate the “Prohibited Products” penalty policy?
Product listings may be considered “prohibited” from sale on Wish if they do not comply with Wish’s policies. Some examples of “prohibited” listings include, but are not limited to, product listings that infringe on the intellectual property of others, product listings for illegal items, and product listings for recalled toys.

What is the penalty for violating the Prohibited Products Penalty Policy?
If a product listing is detected to not comply with Wish’s prohibited product listing policies, the merchant may be penalized up to $10 and the product listing will be taken down.
