Given the recent Sweden VAT changes, we understand that merchants may need to make some adjustments to their business operations. To support our merchants, as well as maintain good customer experiences we have implemented the Sweden Cashback program.
What is the Sweden Cashback program?
The Sweden Cashback Program is a rewards program for merchants to receive extra payment for qualified orders with destination to Sweden. Merchants receive an extra 3% cashback payment reward for qualified orders placed after March 26, 2018 and confirmed delivered after April 25, 2018.
Cashback is calculated as ‘3% * quantity * (merchant price + merchant shipping)’.
Which orders are eligible for the cashback reward?
Orders must meet the following conditions to be eligible for the cashback reward:
- Destination country is Sweden
- Created after March 26, 2018 (UTC)
- Confirmed delivered after April 25, 2018 (UTC)
- Meets Fulfillment Policy 5.5 - confirmed shipped by the carrier within 7 days of order released date
When will I receive the cashback for an eligible order?
Eligible orders will be checked daily. However, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours from the time the order was confirmed delivered.
Does the Sweden Cashback program apply for orders that are refunded or withheld?
Where can I see the cashback information?
You will be able to view the cashback amount for orders in the Order History, Order Payment Modal, and Account Balance page.
