For all orders with destination country of Sweden, merchants may refer to the Qualified Shipping Carriers to Sweden list and choose the appropriate carriers to ship. The required carriers differ for merchants based in and outside of Europe, and after you log into your Merchant Dashboard, you’ll be provided with a list of qualified shipping carriers specifically for your store to ship to Sweden. Note that WishPost is now the only accepted shipping carrier for orders shipped from China.
All qualified shipping carriers shipping to Sweden for merchants based outside of Europe require specific tracking number format when fulfilling orders to Sweden. Refer to the Qualified Shipping Carriers to Sweden list for each carrier’s detailed instruction and tracking number format.
Wish is currently the only marketplace that has a partnership with PostNord to handle Sweden VAT and administrative fees for merchants directly. This allows customers to receive their orders directly without extra delay at the border and allows merchants to ship and sell Sweden orders confidently, by removing the Sweden VAT and Sweden PostNord administrative fee concerns away from the merchant.
What happens if I fulfill a Sweden order with a shipping carrier that is not an accepted shipping carrier?
Sweden orders that are not fulfilled properly with an accepted shipping carrier may be subject to Wish policies, penalties, and possible suspension. For example, if an order is fulfilled with invalid and/or inaccurate tracking information, the merchant may be responsible for the refund cost and/or the merchant may receive a fake tracking fine. We appreciate the attention and cooperation of merchants in providing the best customer service to our customers.
For orders shipped to Sweden, we strongly encourage that you continue to utilize Sweden accepted carriers based on your store’s location to provide high-quality customer experience, and grow your business as a result.
