How does FBW work?
Merchants simply ship their inventory to the warehouse and the warehouse will take care of order fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship).

You can navigate to FBW Menu and click on ‘Terms of Service’ option. Here you can review the FBW Terms and Conditions.
How do I get FBW enabled for my account?
All merchants are enrolled in FBW US warehouses (FBW-US-ORD and FBW-US-LAX) automatically.
Which form should I choose to fill for the purpose of tax ID, W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E?
All applicants must provide a photo ID. Merchants registered as companies must provide business license information. U.S. taxpayers must also complete a W-9 form. Among non-U.S. taxpayers, companies must complete a W-8BEN-E form while individual merchants must complete a W-8BEN form. Make sure your personal name and corporate name on those forms match your Wish store’s information. Then, you can sign and date it and give it to your account manager. Your Wish account manager will verify your documents and enable your FBW account.
How to verify whether FBW US is enabled for my account?
To verify whether your account is enabled FBW, you need to login to your Merchant Dashboard and look for the menu item ‘FBW’ in the menu bar. All merchants are enrolled in FBW US warehouses (FBW-US-ORD and FBW-US-LAX).

What’s the cost of using FBW?
You just need to log into your Merchant Dashboard and click on FBW > General Fee and Payment Information. You will find the fee details there. Shipping fee is charged by the warehouse after weighing the package accordingly.
Where can I review the FBW Fees of my orders or Invoices?
You can navigate to the FBW > Received Usage Fees page. Here you can review all the orders and the Invoices related to each Order. On clicking the Invoices, you will be able to review the FBW Invoice summary and options to download invoices.
How do I pay for the warehousing cost and order fulfillment and shipping cost?
You can view the detail charge by logging into your merchant dashboard and clicking on the FBW > Received Usage Fees. The system will automatically deduct occurred charge every billing cycle from your merchant balance. So, you don’t need to front this part of the cost. You can just focus on getting your inventory delivered DDP to the warehouse.
Who will be responsible for the post-fulfillment refunds?
Merchants are responsible for non-logistics-related refunds. Wish is responsible for all
What is the updated FBW US fee schedule (effective July 30, 2018)?
On July 30, 2018, Wish announced changes to the Fulfillment By Wish (FBW) program that affect U.S. warehouse fees. For more information on the updated FBW US fee schedule, please review the details here.
For merchants that already use FBW US, these warehouse fees will continue to be deducted from your Wish merchant account on a monthly basis. Merchants that use FBW are not obligated to make any modifications to FBW settings as a result of FBW US fee schedule updates.
When will I be paid for my FBW (Fulfillment By Wish) orders?
After August 21, 2018, FBW orders will be eligible for payment 48 hours following the marked shipped date.
Will I get more impressions if I use FBW US?
Inventory in FBW automatically qualifies for Wish Express and thus will receive up to 10x more exposure on average.
Where do I find a complete merchant operating guide?
Please contact your account managers and they will share the operating guide with you.
What are the destination countries that FBW US warehouses support?
Currently, the FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses both support deliveries to the United States and Canada. Merchants are able to view the shipping fees for each destination country on Merchant Dashboard FBW Fees page.
After I create the inbound shipping plan, when should I ship products to FBW?
Please ship products in a timely manner to the warehouse (we suggest no more than 6 business days after your create a shipping plan). After you ship products, make sure you click Ship to warehouse to complete your shipping plan.
Do I get tracking numbers for all of my FBW US orders?
Yes. All of your orders are fulfilled with tracking-enabled shipping methods. Your package will have visibility from origin to destination. The FBW warehouse is required to ship packages in accordance with the Wish Express service level.
How should I ship my products to the FBW US warehouse?
Merchants can use their own carrier and/or freight forwarder to ship directly to the FBW US warehouse. Merchants are responsible for their products clearing U.S. customs. The Wish FBW warehouse is not responsible for paying duties or notifying merchants about unpaid duties. The Wish FBW warehouse may refuse to accept inbound shipments if duties are unpaid.
If my inventory is held up in the customs, will Wish help me?
Merchants are responsible for clearing customs on their own. Please work with your freight forwarder to clear customs. If you are shipping via DHL, UPS or FedEx, please work with your representatives in those companies to clear customs.
Do I have to ship goods DDP to the warehouse?
Yes. Make sure you ship your inventory DDP to the warehouse. The warehouse is not going to be responsible for paying duty for you or notify you about unpaid duties. The warehouse can also refuse to accept inbound shipments if duty is unpaid.
What type of products should I pick for FBW? How many?
Merchants should prioritize products that have experienced historically high sales on Wish. FBW will reach more customers by increasing supply availability and improving delivery time. Products that have global appeal and that are not subject to seasonal trends are also good candidates for FBW. Depending on previous sales data, we recommend starting with an allocation of 20-100 units per SKU for FBW.
Are there certain limitations regarding the size or quantity of product I can ship to your warehouse at one time?
There are no weight or size limitations, but if you have concerns about shipping big, bulky items to the warehouse, please contact email@example.com. It doesn’t hurt to ship more units to the warehouse if you are confident that the inventory is going to move quickly. Keep in mind that the free storage period of the warehouse is only 90 days. After 90 days time, you will be responsible for any storage cost.
Where can I review my FBW Shipping plans?
To view your Active FBW Shipping Plans, you can navigate to the FBW Menu and click on the ‘Action Required Shipping Plans’ option to review the shipping plans created.
Under the Action column you can review the shipping details or duplicate an existing shipping plan. To view Cancelled, Expired or Completed FBW Shipping Plans, navigate to the History option from the FBW Menu.
Where can I review the FBW Inventory details?
You can navigate to FBW Menu and click on ‘Inventory List’ option to review the details of all your FBW inventory.
What should I do if there is a discrepancy between the inventory I sent to the warehouse and the SKUs and quantity recorded in the Wish merchant dashboard? What about the inbound inventory discrepancy?
Please allow 48 hours for the FBW US team to check in inventory upon receipt. If you believe there is a discrepancy with inbound inventory, you can reach out to Wish and we will work with the warehouse to resolve. If you believe there is discrepancy for the inbound inventory, you can reach out to us and we will work with the warehouse to get this cleared up. Please be advised that the warehouse will receive the inbound inventory as it arrives.
How do I remove unwanted inventory from the warehouse?
Inventory can be disposed at a variable fee paid to the warehouse or have it shipped to another location within the U.S. or countries within EU of your choice. Wish does not allow merchants to ship from FBW U.S. to China, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii and other international addresses outside of the U.S. or EU. Alternatively, you could also drop the product prices or run promotional campaigns to move the product out faster.
1. If you want to dispose of your inventory go to FBW > Inventory List. Then either under "All Products" tab or specific warehouse tabs, find the product SKU you want to remove by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the product image, and click the dropdown arrow next to the "Edit SKU Shipping Price" button under the "Action" column, and select "Remove Inventory":
Then as you are redirected to a new page, enter “Disposal” as the First and Last name. Enter the current FBW warehouse address as the address.
2. If you want to transfer your inventory go to FBW > Inventory List. Then either under "All Products" tab or specific warehouse tabs, find the product SKU you want to remove by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the product image, and click the dropdown arrow next to the "Edit SKU Shipping Price" button under the "Action" column, and select "Remove Inventory":
Then as you are redirected to a new page, enter the address in the EU or U.S. of your choice where you want your inventory transferred.
How long do I wait before I see my inventory shift from pending to active?
Within 2 business days after the warehouse receives the delivery of your inbound shipment, you should be able to see the pending inventory shift to active. Also keep in mind, there might be a chance your inventory is shipped separately in different boxes arriving on different days, in which case, you will see your pending inventory shifting incrementally.
Do you have an FBW API?
Not yet. At this moment, if you need to operate FBW, you will have to log into the Wish merchant dashboard where you can make modifications.
