EPC is a fulfillment program that provides merchants with reduced shipping costs for faster order delivery, which helps improve customer reviews and product ratings as well as increase repeat purchases. This FAQ walks merchants through some commonly asked questions about EPC.
Can I enroll product/SKU in the EPC program?
Merchant can use the EPC_OPT menu to select 0-50,000 products (on a Product ID basis, not SKU) to join the EPC program. Only selected products that have become active can start receiving EPC orders. For merchants who did not choose products to join EPC, Wish will evaluate your sales performance and invite you to fulfill test EPC orders that we send you. Once test EPC orders are successfully fulfilled, the corresponding products will be selected to add into EPC product list. Merchants are able to use the un-combine functionality described below to change test EPC orders into regular orders. This action does not require that the merchants use confirmed delivery services to ship.
How do I configure my warehouse settings for EPC?
You may configure both your original warehouses from which you deliver orders to EPC warehouses, via either carrier pickup or self-delivery, and the EPC warehouses you intend to deliver to if you choose self-delivery method.
First, navigate to the EPC page of your Merchant Dashboard, click on “Edit warehouse settings” under the “Queued EPC products” tab:
In the “Edit Warehouse Settings” popup modal that appears, you may configure your original warehouse (including region & address), shipping method (Carrier Pickup or Self-Delivery), and the “Ship-to” EPC warehouse (east or south):
Note that if your original warehouse is located in Shanghai, Zhejiang, or Jiangsu province, please choose “East Warehouse” in the “Choose Warehouse Setting” section; if your original warehouse is located in Guangdong or Guangxi province, please choose “South Warehouse” instead. For all other provinces / locations, you may choose either “East Warehouse” or “South Warehouse”.
In the example above, this merchant has chosen “East Warehouse” for her original warehouse; after entering her warehouse address, if she chooses “Self-Delivery” as the “Shipping Method” to deliver orders from her original warehouse to an EPC warehouse, both the “华东合并中心” (i.e. "East Combination Center”, or EPC East warehouses) and "华南合并中心“ (i.e. "South Combination Center", or EPC South warehouses) will both be automatically selected by default.
By selecting both EPC East and EPC South warehouses in this case, merchants get to maximize the benefits that EPC has to offer, including an increased number of EPC orders, higher likelihood of orders being combined, and ultimately higher customer satisfaction, higher product ratings, and repeat purchases etc. thanks to a smooth EPC combination and logistics process from merchant warehouses to EPC warehouses, and then to customers’ homes.
Alternatively, merchants are also encouraged to use the Carrier Pickup shipping method to deliver orders to an EPC warehouse. With Carrier Pickup, merchants may select from the following four carriers to directly pick up the orders at their preferred location:
Wish merchants also enjoy discounted rates offered by these four carriers, along with higher likelihood of orders being combined and higher customer satisfaction as a result of choosing Carrier Pickup.

For all un-combined orders with unit price + shipping price < $10, is confirmed delivery service still required?
Yes. Regardless of the orders' monetary value, all un-combined EPC orders must utilize Wish-approved confirmed delivery services to fulfill.
How do I un-combine EPC orders?
You may un-combine EPC orders in your merchant dashboard. Navigate to the orders that you are unable to fulfill according to the EPC policy requirements, select the "Actions" drop-down menu and un-combine these EPC orders. The orders that are un-combined should be fulfilled with Wish-approved confirmed delivery service. For un-combined test EPC orders outlined above, you are not required to fulfill with confirmed delivery service. The merchant dashboard contains tooltips for whether you need to use confirmed delivery service for specific orders.
Will my products automatically become active in EPC?
For all merchants eligible for EPC, we will set EPC product list as 0 by default. As the product list remains empty, no EPC orders will be released to the merchants. Products added to or edited in the list by every Friday 12:00PM UTC will become active on Saturday 12:00AM UTC. Merchants are not allowed to add other products or make edits to the list during the lock period every week from Friday 12:00PM UTC to Saturday 12:00AM UTC.
Once products become active on Saturday, merchants are able to edit product list again. Edits to product list include changes made to selected products and fulfillment methods.
Can I use EPC service to ship all my orders ?
EPC orders are generated by customer purchasing behavior (i.e., whether customers purchase multiple products across different stores). EPC-eligible orders will be tagged as “combined order”. Only orders with this tag can be shipped through the EPC channel.
Are there any impression-related benefits from using the EPC service?
Wish allocates product impression based on factors like customer purchasing experience and product reviews/ratings. Enrolling in EPC can generally improve the logistics experience for the customers, which can help improve your products' reviews and ratings.
How do I qualify for faster payment eligibility for EPC orders?
Only EPC orders that meet the following requirements may qualify for faster payment eligibility, which is 10 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment:
- The store must have a Silver/Gold/Platinum Merchant Standing at the time the order is released to merchant
- The EPC order must have a tracked confirmed fulfillment date
- The EPC order must arrive at the designated EPC warehouse on time within 168 hours / 7 calendar days
EPC orders released to merchants starting on October 9th, 2019, 00:00 UTC may become eligible for payment 10 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment if the above conditions are met.

If I have difficulty fulfilling an EPC order, can I ship the order directly to the user myself?
Merchants are able to use the merchant dashboard to manage orders. Navigate to Orders > Action Required, and select "un-combine" under the "Action" dropdown menu for the orders you are unable to fulfill according to EPC policy requirements. As a result, you un-combine this particular order, and are able to ship directly to the customer. You are required to use Wish-approved confirmed delivery service to ship in this situation (note that you are not required to fulfill test EPC orders described above with confirmed delivery service).
Are there any special or sensitive products that I should declare?
Yes, merchants must correctly identify and declare special or sensitive products in WishPost before shipping them to a EPC warehouse. Merchants must deliver general and sensitive / special products to EPC warehouses in separate packages.
If merchants do not declare sensitive or special product type in WishPost, but deliver such a product to EPC warehouses, merchants will be charged an additional 1 CNY per package of Sensitive Product Handling Fee.
