Certain violations of the Wish Merchant Policies on the order level will result in infractions. To help merchants clearly view their orders-related infractions, this article walks merchants through how to view order-related infractions on Merchant Dashboard and via API.
View all order infractions on the Merchant Dashboard
To view order infractions for your account, visit Infractions > Policy Infractions page on the Merchant Dashboard.
From here you will be able to view all infractions and filter by infraction topics (e.g., orders and fulfillment related issues, product related issues, etc.).
Or you can go to the Performance > Wish Standards page and view infraction metrics there.
Also, from the Orders > History page, merchants can view the payment status of each order by clicking on the link in the Payment Status column, which will bring up the pop-up module below that may contain infraction-related information.
View all order infractions via API:
Merchants are able to check order infractions via the following API endpoints:
- Get an infraction/penalty by ID: /api/v3/penalties/{id}
- Count number of infractions/penalties: /api/v3/penalties/count
- Retrieve a list of infractions/penalties: /api/v3/penalties
