Effective July 19, 2019 14:00 Beijing Time, certain WishPost unregistered logistics channels for China-originating, Portugal- and Italy-bound orders will be closed due to high logistics-related refund rate. These channels are:

For non-EPC Italy-bound orders, starting July 19, 2019 14:00 Beijing Time, Wish will provide subsidized pricing for the following 3 logistics channels to help merchants more easily switch to these better-performing channels with lower logistics-related refund rate and higher customer satisfaction. Please view the updated & subsidized pricing schedules for each of the following 3 channels:

General cargo: YW Untracked Packet - General Cargo

Special cargo: YunExpress Europe Direct Untracked Line

Sensitive cargo: TopYou_unregistered_special cargo

Note that the final amount for the logistics price will be calculated and rounded to two decimal places.

We strongly encourage that merchants join the EPC program and/or switch to the above 3 Wish-recommended WishPost logistics channels as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding the above changes, please contact your account manager.
