Merchants are able to use expedited shipping to serve customers based in Mexico. Merchants who deliver Wish Express orders to Mexico are bound by all existing Wish Express Terms of Service. What is the delivery timeline for Express-MX orders?
Mexico-bound Wish Express orders must be confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier within 7 working days from the order released date. Merchants must fulfill orders and provide valid tracking numbers. For more information on tracking number policy, please see the Wish Express Terms of Service. Note that all Wish Express orders must be marked shipped within 5 calendar days.
What shipping carriers can I use for Express-MX orders?
Currently, Express-MX orders must be fulfilled through one of these qualified carriers: Estafeta, DHL, FedEx, UPS, CorreosDeMexico, Mexico Redpack, Paquetexpress, or Mexico Senda Express. Orders must be confirmed delivered by one of these carriers in order to be eligible for payment. You can also view the “Qualified Confirmed Delivery Shipping Carrier” list to see all qualified shipping carriers which provide delivery confirmation.
If I enable Express-MX, do I need to participate in all regions in Mexico?
Yes. Once you sign up for Wish Express you are agreeing to deliver orders to customers within deadline to all regions in Mexico.
