What is Fulfillment By Store (FBS)?
As an expansion of our Fulfillment By Wish (FBW) program, Fulfillment By Store (FBS) enables your products to be available in offline stores near your customers, increasing both the online and offline exposure and sales of your products. Based on forecasting data and insights, Wish strategically selects some of the top-selling and/or high-potential products in select merchants’ FBW-US-LAX warehouse and makes them available for sale in stores in high demand areas across the U.S. This means that the selected inventory is not only stocked in FBW warehouses, but also in our 1,000+ partner pickup stores in close proximity to the customers.
Merchants simply ship their inventory to the FBW-US-LAX warehouse and the warehouse will take care of order fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship) including selecting and sending select inventory to stores across the US.
How do I get FBS enabled for my account?
The FBS program is currently available for select inventory in the FBW-US-LAX warehouse. All merchants are enrolled in FBW US (FBW-US-ORD and FBW-US-LAX) automatically, therefore eligible products in the FBW-US-LAX warehouse may be selected by Wish as part of the FBS program during the early stages of the FBS program.
You can view the exact inventory selected for FBS by going to the Merchant Dashboard and selecting FBW>Inventory List. This will display 4 columns under FBW-US-LAX (United States): Pending for warehouse, Pending for store (FBS), Active in warehouse, Active in store (FBS), which each will show the quantity of inventory in each status:
We strongly encourage merchants to join FBW and/or to continue adding high-quality and Wish-recommended top-selling products to the FBW-US-LAX warehouse for an opportunity to be eligible for FBS in the future. On the Merchant Dashboard, go to FBW>Create a Shipping Plan to add products to FBW-US-LAX and create a shipping plan.
How is FBS beneficial for my business?
Eligible FBS products will appear under the ‘Same Day Pickup’ tab in the Wish App, increasing the product exposure to more customers on a global scale. Additionally, FBS showcases your products in 1,000+ stores in high demand areas across the United States to both expand your offline customer base and shorten the time needed for customers to receive products.
How will I know if an order is an FBS order?
You may distill FBS-specific sales insights by identifying FBS orders on the Orders>History page in Merchant Dashboard. Once an FBS order is completed (i.e. a customer placed an order and picked up the item at a store), the corresponding order will show an “FBS Order” flag under the View Product (SKU) column, as shown below.

Will I be charged additional fees for having products selected for FBS?
At this time, there is no additional cost to merchants as some of your products are selected to participate in the FBS program. FBS inventory and orders will follow the same fee structure as Fulfillment By Wish (FBW), more specifically FBW-US-LAX. You can view this information on the Merchant Dashboard under FBW> General Fee and Payment Information.
