Merchants who participate in Wish’s Fulfillment By Store (FBS) program are able to explore the detailed sales insights of their FBS products and easily restock inventory in the FBW warehouses for their top-selling FBS products. Merchants can access all this information simply by visiting the FBS > Overview page on their Merchant Dashboard. This article walks merchants through how to navigate this page.
First, navigate to FBS > Overview page on the Merchant Dashboard:
As you reach the FBS Overview page, you will notice three major components: Wish’s Picks, Sales Insights, and Performance by region. Wish’s Picks
The Wish’s Picks section presents you with a list of Wish-recommended products with high potential for success via FBS, and allows you to select from this list of products and stock the ones you select, so that some or all of them will automatically become FBS products, available for sale in the “Same-day pickup” tab in the Wish app.
Once you complete the selection on this list, click “Stock products” to be taken to the Create an FBS shipping plan page to create shipping plans for your selected products. Once they arrive at FBW warehouses, some or all of them will automatically become FBS products, with increased online and offline exposure.
You may learn more about how to create an FBS shipping plan by visiting this FAQ.
In addition, to help merchants more easily navigate FBS via API, the following API endpoint is available:
- /api/v3/fbs/recommendations: this API retrieves a list of products recommended by Wish for FBS in Wish’s Picks.
Merchants can learn more about FBS-related API endpoints by visiting this API Documentation.
Sales Insights
The Sales Insights section on this page presents merchants with visual performance trends of their FBS products for several key sales metrics: total GMV, total orders, and total product SKUs sold.
Merchants can also define the date range (last 7 days, last 90 days, and year-to-date) in which to view the performance trends of the above metrics:
As shown above, merchants can also hover over a specific point in time on this graph to view the metrics on that particular day.
Next, merchants will be able to view a list of top-selling FBS products based on the date range set by merchants above:
This table provides individual product variation, GMV, number of orders placed, number of SKUs sold, and the number of active product inventory stocked in Wish’s partner offline pickup stores within the merchant-selected date range. The table also allows merchants to restock each product directly; by clicking “Restock” under the “Action” column, merchants are able to restock more inventory in their FBW warehouses so that more products might be selected to participate in the FBS program.
Merchants can also click the drop-down arrow next to the product image to view more details of this product, including product name, ID, variation information, and originating warehouse:
Next on the FBS Overview page, you may download a case study illustrating how FBS benefits two particular Wish merchants by helping increase their GMV and order quantities:
Performance by region
Given the offline store component to the FBS program, the Fulfillment By Store (FBS) page also presents merchants with performance insights for their FBS products by region. Given that currently, some merchants’ select FBW inventory in FBW-US-LAX and FBW-US-ORD warehouses are available in offline pickup stores across the 10,000 offline pickup stores in North America, the “Performance by region” section first presents merchants with the top 3 regions by FBS-specific product GMV based on merchant-selected date range. If some or all of the top 3 regions are U.S. states, the states’ names will appear here, as shown below:
If some of the top 3 regions are countries outside of the U.S., then the countries’ names will appear here.
In the example above, merchants can hover over specific states or countries on the map and also view state-level GMV performance within the date range, regardless of whether the states or countries are part of the Top 3 or not.
In addition, merchants will also be able to pinpoint product-level performance in a specific U.S. state or a specific non-U.S. country by searching for the state’s or country’s name from a list of the dropdown menu; the example below shows the case of searching for a U.S. state:
By locating a U.S. state or non-U.S. country, this table highlights the same information shown in the “Top sellers” table described above for FBS products’ performance in a specific U.S. state or non-U.S. country, and also allows merchants to restock particular products with ease.
