Effective May 30, 2022, 10:00 AM Beijing Time, we will deprecate the Smart Logistics Program.
As such, merchants will no longer be able to place Smart Logistics Program orders in WishPost or via API, starting May 30, 2022, 10:00 AM Beijing Time.
Note that Smart Logistics Program orders placed and shipped (by either pick-up method or self-delivery method) before May 30, 2022, 10:00 AM Beijing Time will not be affected. However, for Smart Logistics Program orders that cannot be picked up by carriers or shipped by merchants before this time, we suggest that merchants cancel those shipping orders and leverage WishPost 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) channels for fulfillment.
We also strongly encourage merchants to make arrangements in advance to minimize logistics-related risks and avoid negative impacts on order fulfillment.
To help merchants address a variety of logistics challenges such as frequent pricing changes and poor logistics performance, WishPost launches the Smart Logistics Program as an additional logistics solution for merchants to consider for fulfilling drop-ship orders. The Smart Logistics Program offers merchants pick-up and international distribution services with tracking information. In addition, we constantly work with service providers to ensure the program provides stable logistics performance and cost-effective shipping prices.
As of July 1, 2021, this program supports Mainland China-originating orders directly drop shipped via WishPost (i.e. excluding EPC Blue, and Advanced Logistics Program orders) bound for Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, France, Columbia, and Romania, and will continue to expand to other destination countries. All orders are also subject to Wish for Merchants Terms of Service as well as all Merchant Policies.
In addition, please note that merchants are not required to participate in this program, but it is one additional option available to merchants to consider for fulfilling drop-ship orders.

1. Which WishPost logistics channels are part of the Smart Logistics Program?
Merchants have the option to choose the following WishPost logistics channels to fulfill their relevant orders bound for Germany, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Portugal:
- WishPost Smart Economy - General (otype: 5051-0)
- WishPost Smart Economy - Special (otype: 5052-0)
- WishPost Smart Standard - General (otype: 5054-1)
- WishPost Smart Standard - Special (otype: 5055-1)
Note that for France-bound orders, only the WishPost Smart Standard - General (otype: 5054-1) channel will be available for merchants to select, starting February 26, 2021 10:00AM Beijing Time.
Merchants may utilize the WishPost Smart Economy - General and WishPost Smart Standard - General channels for their general products (i.e. non-electric products/non-electronics and products that are not of safety concerns, so liquid, powder, paste products etc. are not considered general products), and the WishPost Smart Economy - Special and WishPost Smart Standard - Special channels for their special products (see No. 8 below for special product types supported by the program). Merchants should accurately report the product types and choose the appropriate WishPost channels to fulfill; mismatch between the product type reported and the WishPost channel selected may result in packages being returned to the merchants.
To transmit product type via ERPs, ERPs should prepare to intake this new API field (note that this new API field is also applicable for all WishPost orders):

3. How do I select Wish-supported pick-up carriers via ERP?
When choosing Wish-supported pick-up carriers via ERP, merchants may use WishPost API endpoint /api/v2/create_order to create Smart Logistics Program orders. When using this API endpoint, merchants may use the pickup_service parameter to select pick-up carriers. Regarding the pickup_service parameter, note that:
1). If you select “1” for doorpickup parameter (onsite pick-up), you are required to fill out 27-1 (Wise pick-up) or 42-0 (Yanwen pick-up) for pickup_service parameter;
2). If you select “0” for doorpickup parameter (self-delivery), you are not required to fill out additional information for pickup_service parameter.
3). If pickup_service parameter is not accurately filled out, order creation will fail, and merchants will be required to redo the order creation process with accurate information filled out.

5. Are there any special products that I should declare in WishPost?
Yes, merchants must correctly identify and declare special products in WishPost before shipping them to the Smart Logistics Program warehouse. The following is the special product currently supported by the Smart Logistics Program:

6. How is the HUB Program connected to the Smart Logistics Program?
Merchants may consider leveraging the HUB Program as their first-mile solution for their Smart Logistics Program orders to lower logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency. Please refer to this FAQ for details on how the HUB Program may benefit merchants shipping Smart Logistics Program orders.
