What is the Routing Guide?
The Routing Guide is a Tiered Carrier Program designed to help merchants choose the best carriers for shipments to be successful on Wish! As a merchant on Wish, it is recommended to use the best carriers to ship orders in order to be able to save money from having lower refund rates and also enjoy a boost in product impressions!
Overview
This model categorizes the qualified shipping carriers into 4 tiers- except for Tier 1, all other tiers have a list of carriers based on their shipping performance.
Tier 1 (Wish Express): Only Wish Express orders that meet the delivery requirements are eligible for Tier 1 benefits.
Tier 2: Reliable shipping carriers with fast delivery rates and low shipping refund rates!
Tier 3: Carriers that have relatively high shipping refund rates and low delivery rates.
Tier 4: Carriers that have low shipping performance with extremely high shipping refund rates and extremely low delivery rates.
It is highly recommended to choose carriers from the top tiers for shipments!
Please note: The list of carriers in each tier is subject to change at our discretion. Please be assured, we monitor their performance regularly, and want to provide merchants with the best recommendations!

Glossary of Benefits
1. Eligible for payments faster
Orders are eligible for payment sooner! Note that per Merchant Policy 9.2.2:
- An order is eligible for payment as soon as the tracking carrier confirms the order as delivered or, if the order is not subject to the Merchant Policy 5.4 - Confirmed Delivery Policy, 5 calendar days after the customer confirms delivery if the order is confirmed fulfilled by a tracking carrier within 30 calendar days from the order released time.
- Orders are also eligible for payment faster depending on the tier of the carrier used to ship the order:
- Tier 1: as soon as tracking carrier confirms Wish Express order as delivered or 45 days after the order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier.
- Tier 2: 45 calendar days after order was confirmed fulfilled with a Tier 2 carrier
- Tier 3: 75 calendar days after order was confirmed fulfilled with a Tier 3 carrier
- Tier 4: 90 calendar days after order was confirmed fulfilled with a Tier 4 carrier
- If an order is shipped with a carrier not listed in the Routing Guide and is not confirmed delivered, it is eligible for payment 90 calendar days after the order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier.

Please note that starting December 12, 2019 12:00AM UTC, WishPost logistics channels previously categorized as Tier 4 carriers or not included in the Routing Guide have been upgraded to Tier 3.
As such, all orders released on or after December 12, 2019 12:00AM UTC and shipped via the upgraded WishPost channels will become eligible for payment 75 calendar days after the orders were confirmed fulfilled by the corresponding shipping carriers associated with the WishPost channels.
Note that the tiers for all WishPost channels previously categorized as Tier 1 or Tier 2 will remain unchanged after this time. As mentioned above, please check here after December 12, 2019 12:00AM UTC to see the most updated list of carriers per tier.

- An order is confirmed fulfilled when the tracking carrier confirms shipment (package receives its first tracking scan).
- An order is confirmed delivered when either the tracking carrier confirms delivery or the customer confirms delivery.

3. Eligible for All-star Shipper Badge
Products consistently shipped with carriers from Tier 1 and Tier 2 will receive a shiny All-star Shipper badge, visible to your customers on the Wish app and wish.com. Shipping orders with good carriers improve customer experience and boost impressions, thus increasing the probability of sales of products.
Examples for Payment Eligibility
Merchant A’s payment dates are the 1st and 15th of every month.
Example 1: Tier 2, Order eligible for payment faster
- Merchant ships with a carrier from Tier 2 on 11/1.
- The order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier on 11/3.
- Neither carrier nor the customer is able to confirm delivery.
- The order becomes eligible for payment on 12/18 (45 calendar days after the order was confirmed fulfilled with respect to Tier 2).
- Merchant will get paid on the next payment date 1/1.
Example 2: Carrier not listed in Routing Guide, confirms shipment.
- Merchant ships an order on 11/1 with a carrier not listed in Routing Guide.
- The order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier on 11/10.
- The order is not confirmed delivered by the carrier or customer.
- The order becomes eligible for payment on 2/8 (90 calendar days after it was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier).
- Merchant will get paid for this order on the next payment date, 2/15.
Example 3: Tier 1, Carrier Confirmed Delivery
- Merchant ships a Wish Express order (Tier 1 by default) on 10/12.
- The order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier on 10/13.
- The carrier confirms delivery on 10/16 (3 calendar days after the order was confirmed fulfilled).
- The order is eligible for payment on 10/16.
- Merchant will get paid for this order on the next payment date, 11/1.
Example 4: Tier 4, Order eligible for payment faster
- Merchant ships with a carrier from Tier 4 on 11/1.
- The order was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier on 11/5.
- The order is not confirmed delivered by carrier or by the customer.
- The order becomes eligible for payment on 2/4 (90 calendar days after the order was confirmed fulfilled with respect to Tier 4).
- Merchant will get paid for this order in the upcoming payment cycle on 2/15.
Example 5: Tier 3, Order eligible for payment faster
- Merchant ships with a carrier from Tier 3 on 11/1.
- The order is confirmed fulfilled by the carrier on 11/3.
- Neither carrier nor customer is able to confirm delivery.
- The order becomes eligible for payment on 1/17 (75 calendar days after the order was confirmed fulfilled with respect to Tier 3).
- Merchant will get paid in this payment cycle 2/1.

Where can I find the list of carriers in each tier?
Carriers are categorized into different tiers. Tier 1 is only specific for Wish Express orders, however, carriers are categorized into Tiers 2, 3, and 4 based on shipping performance.

How do I enroll in the Tiered Carrier Program?
You don’t have to! All merchants have access and visibility into the Tiered Carrier Program. When you ship orders, you are automatically eligible for the benefits of the top tiers with respect to the carriers you use for shipments.
When do I see Tier badge and information on the Order Payment modal?
You will only be able to see the Tier badge and information when the following conditions are met for your order:
- The order was shipped with a qualified shipping carrier and was confirmed fulfilled by the carrier.
- The order falls within the Routing Guide (Origin Country to Destination Country).
This is an example for when all conditions are met and Tier badge is reflected:
However, the example below has no Tier badge because the order is not yet confirmed fulfilled by the carrier.

What happens when I switch from a low-performing tier to a top tier for my shipments?
That would be ideal! The goal of the Tiered Carrier Program is to help merchants partner with the right carriers for shipping orders in order to provide good customer experience and also improve their shipping performance.
Consistently shipping with the top tier carriers will earn you an All-star Shipper badge. This will lead to a boost in impressions, thus increasing the probability of higher sales.
What happens when I switch from a top tier to a low-performing tier for my shipments?
If a merchant has an All-star Shipper badge for consistently shipping with a carrier from the top tier, and they switch to a low-performing tier for the next few shipments, then they risk losing their All-star Shipper badge.
In order to be eligible for the All-star Shipper badge again, please consistently ship with a Tier 2 carrier for non-Wish Express orders.
