What are the consequences of violating the intellectual property rights of others?

Wish has a strict policy against intellectual property infringement. Using a third party’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, without proper authorization, is a direct violation of Wish’s Merchant policies and Merchant Terms of Service. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their products and listings do not infringe and are encouraged to perform an intellectual property clearance check before listing products.

Using another party's intellectual property (image, trademark, logo, design, etc.) without authorization or promoting counterfeit products may result in Wish taking actions against you, to include:

• Issue an infraction warning to the merchant for the respective listing
• Remove listings
• Negative impacts to a merchant's Wish Standards' tier
• Suspension or termination of a merchant’s account
• Legal consequences
