Can I sell/resell branded products?

Yes, you can sell or resell branded product(s) on Wish as long as the item is authentic and does not violate Wish’s policies.   It is the responsibility of each merchant to ensure it is legally authorized to sell each listed product.

Branded products can be sold on Wish under the following conditions:

• You are the brand owner; OR
• You have authorization from the brand to sell; OR 
• You have purchased your product from a legitimate source AND you have proof of purchase (e.g., an invoice).

If you would like your listing to appear in the brand directory you will be asked to provide details of your branded product(s) and agree to a declaration stating the product is authentic.

Please note, If your listing is reported for an intellectual property violation, the listing will be removed unless you are able to substantiate that you are selling authentic products as noted above.
