• Remove other potentially infringing items when we become aware of them through other means
• Respond to reports of suspicious or potentially infringing products from our customers

How you can help.

Wish Customers:

• Don't purchase counterfeit goods
• Educate yourself about counterfeit laws
• Report suspicious products to Wish

Wish Merchants:

• Do not sell counterfeit goods
• Create your own product listing content (both images and text)
• Do not upload other rights owners’ images/photos without their permission
• Do not use other rights owners’ trademarks in your listing without obtaining proper authorization or having proof that you purchased authentic goods (e.g., an invoice).
• Educate yourself about counterfeit laws
• Learn to identify counterfeit items
• Report suspicious product listings to Wish

Brand Owners:

• Sign up for our Brand Partner Program
• Report any product listings that you allege infringe on your intellectual property rights
