Submitting an IP Violation Report
After setting up your Brand Partner account and enrolling your brand(s), login to your Brand Partner account here and select “Search & Report” from the left side navigation menu. On the “Search & Report” page, you may first select the “Brand” and “Infringement type” that you intend to report problematic listings for.
Click the dropdown under “Infringement type” to specify the type of infringement you are reporting. These types include:
- Copyright*
- Trademark Infringement
- Counterfeit
- EU Community Design Violation
- Right of Publicity
*For violations of an image, text, audio, video, or other copyrighted materials, please add a copyright source link into the “Additional details” section under “Review your report.”
In the “Search listings on Wish” section below, you may search for Wish product listings by name.
Click “Add” under the “Action” column for products you wish to report. You may also add products via the product listings URLs. To do so, hover over the product name and click the square icon that appears next to the name to copy the Product listing URL. These URLs can be pasted into the “Product listing URL” section, separated by spaces or new lines.
In the “Review your report” area, you can add any additional details (such as a copyright resource link) and review the product listings you have added to your report. When you are ready, click “Submit” in the top right of the page to submit your report.
After submitting, you will land on the “Report History” page. Here you can see details of your reports, including the “Report status”. Click on the dropdown arrow for a specific report and you will see the review status for individual products within the report. Under the "Action" column, you may download results of IP violation reports that have been reviewed (indicated with "Reviewed" under the "Report status" column).
Once you submit the IP violation report, we will review the listings that you allege infringe on your intellectual property rights and remove them if they are found to infringe on your intellectual property rights. You will be notified via email once they have been removed, and the “Status” for the removed products will display as “Approved” on the “Report History” page seen above.
If our review of your submitted IP violation report suggests that the reported listings do not infringe on your intellectual property rights, you will be notified via email and the listings will not be removed at that time. The “Status” for these products will display as “Rejected” on the “Report History” page.
