What is the Brand Partner Program?

Wish has a strict policy against the listing or sale of products that infringe on intellectual property rights. Help protect your brand against misuse and keep Wish counterfeit free by becoming a Brand Partner. Wish’s Brand Partner Program allows brand owners to:

• Enroll multiple brands: You can enroll and enforce multiple brands under one account and manage them all from one portal.

• Report IP violations: Use our search engine to search for and report product listings that violate your intellectual property with the confidence they will be reviewed promptly.

If you are a brand owner or a brand’s legal representative, you can join as a Brand Partner by creating an account here. Alternatively, you may report an intellectual property violation without becoming a Brand Partner by using our “Report IP Violation” online form found here.

Brand Enrollment 

You can enroll your brands in two easy steps.  First, provide proof you are authorized to act on behalf of the brand. Second, provide details of the registered trademarks in jurisdictions you would like to enforce. View a step by step guide for account setup and brand enrollment here.

Intellectual Property (“IP”) Violation Reports

Brand Partners can search content on Wish’s platform and easily report problematic product listings within the portal which are promptly reviewed by Wish. Brand Partners also have the ability to track the status of their takedown requests, view their IP violation report history, and have confidence their reports are viewed in the timely manner.
