Create your account
Click here to create your Brand Partner account. Once your account has been created, you can login to the Brand Partner portal here. After logging in and landing on the home page, you must verify your email and enroll your brand(s) before you can proceed to search listings and report IP violations.
Verify your email
A verification email will automatically be sent to you after creating an account. Check your inbox and spam folders for an email from Wish. Open the email and click the “Verify your Email” button. If you still have not received a verification email, click the “Verify email” button on the Brand Partner home page and click “Resend email” in the following page.
Enroll your brands
We strongly recommend that Brand Partner users verify their email prior to brand enrollment. Once you have completed the email verification process, we encourage you to enroll your brand(s). Brand enrollment requires:
- Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the brand
- Proof of a registered trademark
From the home page, click the “Enroll” button under the “Enroll your brands” step, or click on “Brands” in the left side navigation menu and click “Enroll a Brand” on the top right of the next page. Multiple brands can be enrolled under one account.
Proof of authorization
On the “Step 1: Brand details” page, you will need to provide various details of the brand you are adding to your Brand Partner account.
For the “Brand name” field, if the brand you enter does not already exist in our system, you will see the message “This brand does not exist in the Brand Directory. Suggest a new brand” below the text field. Click on the blue “Suggest a new brand” link and you will see additional fields allowing you to suggest your brand and add related details.
For the “Proof of authorization” document, if you are the brand owner who is an individual, you may provide your government issued ID. The name on the ID must match the owner name in the registered trademark documentation.
If the brand owner is a company or other business entity, you may provide a business card or authorization letter on company letterhead stating the following:
- Contact information including title or position, phone number, and email address
- Declaration to act on behalf of the company
Please note, the company name must match the owners details in the registered trademark documentation.
If you are a third-party representative of the brand, you may fulfill this requirement by uploading a letter of authorization, signed by the trademark owner, written on the letterhead of the trademark owner. The letter of authorization must:
- Be written on the letterhead of the trademark owner
- Include contact information including title or position, phone number, and email address, and declaration to act on behalf of the company
- Include the name of the representative, company, and brand(s) or trademarks granted to act upon
Make sure that the “Name of brand representative” you provide is written exactly as it is on your “Proof of authorization” document. To expedite your application, use an email address associated with your brand (Example: use john.smith@michaelkors.com instead of john.smith@gmail.com) and ensure that your contact information matches the information in the documents you provided.
Once you have completed all fields, click “Continue”.
Proof of registered trademark
On the “Step 2: Select country or region(s)” page, select the country or region(s) you have an active registered trademark in. You will need to provide a trademark for each selection. If you own WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) registrations , select the country or region(s) where you have received grants of protection and provide a national certificate of grants of protection documentation for each.
After making your selections, click “Continue”.
On the “Step 3: Add Trademark(s)” page, add the trademark or grant of protection (WIPO) information for each country or region you selected in the last step. You may fulfill this requirement by uploading a legally binding document, such as a trademark registration certificate document issued by the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO), EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), China Trademark Office (CTO), or other official trademark office.
After you have filled all required fields, click “Submit”.
You will land on the “Brands” page after your application has been successfully submitted. Under the “Brand status” column, the status will display as “Pending Review”. You can click “View details” to review your submitted details and documents for the specified brand.
You will be notified by email once your brand has been approved. After approval, you can click the down arrow next to “View details” under the action column and click “Add trademark” to add additional trademarks to your brand. Additional brands can be enrolled under your account by repeating the above steps.
If your brand has been rejected, you will be notified by email. You may click “View details” for the specified brand on the “Brands” page to view the reason for rejection.
