Account suspension due to intellectual property infringement

Wish has a strict policy against intellectual property infringement. We are committed to staying counterfeit-free.

Per our Merchant Policies "Listing Products" and "Intellectual Property," Wish may suspend merchant accounts that repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property of others. A severe violation of our intellectual property policies will result in an infraction. Repeat violations can result in the suspension or termination of the merchant account.

Recommended actions for all merchants:

• Do not upload any product that infringes on intellectual property
• Remove product pictures, title, and description that have unauthorized infringing content
• Treat infractions seriously and never repeatedly infringe on intellectual property
• Adopt a strict policy towards counterfeit items (view your counterfeit rate performance in the Merchant Dashboard)
