If you are a Vietnam-based merchant and want to ship orders with WishPost, you can choose a number of logistics channels provided by WishPost logistics carrier, Sinotrans. We are actively working with logistics carriers to provide merchants with more logistics channels in the coming months.
Prior to selecting a logistic channel, be sure to read “How to sign up for a WishPost account?” so that you have the WishPost account ready.

Account registration with the logistics carrier
If you want to select a logistics channel and create WishPost orders, please register an account with the logistics carrier. (It may take two weeks to complete the whole account registration.)
Please visit Sinotrans’s website to complete the online account registration. Sinotrans will then reach out and assist you in signing the contract. See Sinotrans’s help center for more details.
Pricing and payment
You can download the pricing card of logistics channels at the end of this article and check the estimated shipping fee on the “Search Logistics Channel” page within your WishPost account.
Note that the actual shipping fee is directly charged by the logistics carrier. Sinotrans will send the shipping fee invoice on the 25th of each month. Please contact Sinotrans' customer service for more payment information.

Package pickup service and/or self-delivery
After you create an order in WishPost, the system will generate a shipping label. Please download and place it on your packages and then contact the logistics carrier for pickup or self-delivery. Visit Sinotran’s help center or contact Sinotrans’s customer service for more details.
Unsupported product categories
The following table outlines products that are NOT supported for shipping by WishPost logistics carriers as per Vietnamese government regulations:
