Confirmed Delivery Policy FAQ

What is last mile tracking?

‘Last Mile Tracking’ means that the shipping carrier provides delivery confirmation of the shipped package.

Which of my orders are affected by the policy?

The Confirmed Delivery Policy affects all orders that are shipped to the following list of countries and have a combined price and shipping above respective thresholds:

Examples:

  1. A merchant has a product with a price of $9.00 and a shipping price of $1.00, so the combined price is $10.00. An order comes in for the product and is to be shipped to France. The order meets the policy criteria.

  2. A merchant has a product with a price of $3.00 and a shipping price of $1.00, so the combined price is $4.00. An order comes in for the product and is to be shipped to France. The order does not meet the policy criteria.

  3. A merchant receives a $14 order with two products to be shipped to the United States. The first product has a price of $5.00 and a shipping price of $1.00. The second product has a price of $6.00 and a shipping price of $2.00. The combined price and shipping for each product is $6.00 and $8.00, respectively. Both of these are less than $10.00. Therefore, the $14 does not meet the policy criteria.

  8. A merchant receives a $9 order with two products to be shipped to Brazil. The first product has a price of $1.00 and a shipping price of $2.00. The second product has a price of $3.00 and a shipping price of $3.00. The combined price and shipping for each product is $3.00 and $6.00, respectively. Both of these are less than $7.00.
