Product Safety Standards at Wish

ContextLogic Inc. offers a marketplace - Wish - where sellers (“Merchants”) and shoppers can exchange information and conclude purchases of items offered by Merchants. 

Wish values the safety and well-being of its community and has policies and guidelines designed to prevent the offer or sale of hazardous  products. The Merchant Terms require Merchants to comply with all applicable product safety laws, regulations and standards. Products that are deemed hazardous, including subject to a product recall, violate our policies and are prohibited from the Wish platform.   

Product safety standards can differ by country and by product type. Please ensure you are regularly checking the product safety standards in each of the countries where your goods are sold.
