How do I view my sales and refund performance by destination country?

Keeping track of your performance by destination country can help you improve the quality of your service to customers. Please follow the instructions below to check your performance by destination country. 

To view sales performance, navigate to this menu item:

Then, click “Per Country Breakdown” to view your sales performance by destination country. You can quickly view the performance of each country with the table on the left. You can also select a destination country from the menu to view performance over time.

To view refund performance, navigate to this menu item:

Then, click “Per Country Breakdown” to view your refund performance by destination country. You can quickly view the refund rate of each country with the table on the left. You can also select a destination country from the menu to view refund rate over time.
