Secondary Warehouse Cashback program FAQ

The Secondary Warehouse Cashback program rewards merchants who are able to deliver qualifying orders (see criteria below) to customers from Secondary warehouses. Merchants shipping orders that meet the criteria for the Secondary Warehouse Cashback program are awarded a 5% cashback rebate on the total price of the order. 

Please note that the Secondary Warehouse Cashback program is currently inactive, and may be reactivated in the future.

1. What is the Secondary Warehouse Cashback program?

The Secondary Warehouse Cashback program is a rewards program that allows merchants to receive extra payment for qualified orders shipping from Secondary warehouses. Merchants will receive a 5% cashback rebate for qualifying orders placed between February 1, 2021 and March 1, 2021.

2. When does the program take effect?

The Secondary Warehouse Cashback program takes effect for qualifying orders placed between February 1, 2021 and March, 2021.

3. Which orders qualify for cashback rewards?

For an order to qualify for cashback as part of this program, the order must meet the following criteria:

• The order must be shipped from a Secondary warehouse located outside of Mainland China. If the order is shipped from a Secondary warehouse located in Mainland China, the order will NOT qualify.
• The order must be confirmed delivered (utilizing a Confirmed Delivery shipping carrier from this list) within 5 business days of the order release date.

4. How/when do I receive my cashback rewards?

Merchants will receive cashback rewards according to their normal payment schedule. Please see this page for more information. 

Examples:

1. An order is released to a merchant for a customer located in Germany on February 3, 2021, and is shipped from a Secondary warehouse. The order is confirmed delivered by the tracking carrier on February 7, 2021, meeting the delivery deadline. This order qualifies for the Secondary Warehouse Cashback program, and the merchant will receive 5% cashback on the order.
2. An order is released to a merchant for a customer located in Germany on February 3, 2021 and is shipped from a Secondary warehouse. The order is confirmed delivered by the tracking carrier on February 11, 2021, missing the delivery deadline. This order did not meet the delivery deadline and does not qualify for the Secondary Warehouse Cashback program.
