Which products violate the prohibited products policy?
Product listings may be considered “prohibited” from sale on Wish if they do not comply with Wish’s policies. Some examples of “prohibited” listings include, but are not limited to, product listings that infringe on the intellectual property of others, product listings for illegal items, and product listings for recalled toys.

Note: Product listings that violate the misleading listings policy are only subject to infractions related to “misleading listing” policy.
What are the infractions for violating the prohibited products policy?
If a product listing is detected to not comply with Wish’s prohibited product listing policies, the merchant may incur infractions. Please see the appropriate policy under the Merchant Policy, "Listing Products."
For the following categories of prohibited product listings, merchants may be penalized up to $250 per violating product PLUS the total order value of all orders generated by the violating product during its lifetime:
