Based on the Fulfillment Policy, if an order is not fulfilled (i.e., marked "shipped") in 5 calendar days after the order is released to the merchant, a merchant may incur infractions.
Where can I see which orders have received infractions?
To view order infractions, go to the Merchant Dashboard and either check the Wish Standards dashboard (Performance > Wish Standards) or go directly to Infractions > Policy Infractions.
