Violations of Wish's order fulfillment Merchant Policies may result in infractions. This articles walks you through how to view these infractions in the Merchant Dashboard and via API.
Merchant Dashboard
To view order infractions for your account, visit the Infractions > Policy Infractions page on the Merchant Dashboard.
From here you can view all infractions and filter by infraction topics (e.g., orders and fulfillment related issues, product related issues, etc.).
Or you can go to the Performance > Wish Standards page and view infraction metrics there.
Also, if on the Orders > History page, you can view infraction information by clicking the link in the Payment Status column.
API
Merchants may check order infractions via the following API endpoints:
- Get an infraction/penalty by ID: /api/v3/penalties/{id}
- Count number of infractions/penalties: /api/v3/penalties/count
- Retrieve a list of infractions/penalties: /api/v3/penalties
