Merchants sometimes may notice that their product is shown as “Sold Out” on the Wish app or website when in fact they do have enough inventory to sell. There are three common scenarios for why this is happening and how to resolve the discrepancy:
Scenario 1: Merchants are viewing the product from a country they do not ship to
Merchants have previously set up destination countries to ship their products to Account > Shipping Setting on the Merchant Dashboard:
If they are currently located in a country outside of their pre-set shipping destination countries, their products will be shown as “Sold Out” to them on the Wish app or website. Customers located in the shipping destination countries pre-set by merchants are still able to view and purchase the products on Wish. Merchants may also view and modify their products’ international shipping setting, including shipping prices for different countries. Refer to this guide for more details.
Scenario 2: Merchants do not have certain countries enabled for the product in the country shipping setting
Merchants are able to enable and disable certain pre-set destination countries for each product listing on the Merchant Dashboard. Customers in enabled countries can view and buy the product on Wish, whereas those in disabled countries cannot. Therefore, one potential reason for product showing “Sold Out” is that merchants do not have the certain countries enabled for the product.
To check and modify the enabled destination countries, navigate to the Products > View All Products page. Locate the product in question, and click on “View” under the Country Shipping Price column:

Scenario 3: Merchants’ Wish Express enrollment has been suspended in certain countries
Another reason the product is shown as “Sold Out” but merchants still have inventory is that merchants could no longer ship to certain Wish Express countries due to violation(s) of Wish Express policies and terms. As a result, their Wish Express enrollment in these countries is suspended. If merchants do not have these particular countries enabled for the corresponding products in the Standard warehouse, the products will be shown as “Sold Out” to the customers in these countries.
To continue selling the products even if Wish Express eligibility is suspended in certain countries, make sure to have these countries enabled for your products in the Standard warehouse. Merchants can do so by following the two FAQ articles linked under Scenario 2 above.
