By selling on Wish, merchants agree to comply with all laws and regulations in the countries from which or to which their products are sold. A number of countries conduct regular testing of the products sold in their jurisdictions and may report certain products as being dangerous or illegal. For example, product safety and consumer protection regulators may buy and test items for compliance with applicable regulations and standards. If products do not comply, such as by having too much of a dangerous substance like lead or cadmium, regulators will report to Wish that the products are dangerous and illegal. When Wish is notified of certain dangerous products being sold, Wish will disable the listing in the said countries so that no future orders can be placed by customers from these locations.
In addition, merchants are responsible for 100% of the cost of refunds for all orders from these specific countries. Due to the nature of these policy violations, merchants may not dispute these refunds.
Before listing products on Wish, please conduct a thorough review of the laws and regulations in the countries you sell your items, and only list products that are not prohibited in relevant countries. As soon as a merchant becomes aware of any products that may be considered dangerous or illegal, merchants should promptly remove these listings.
