Effective October 31, 2019 10:00AM Beijing Time, Advanced Logistics Program for Brazil-bound orders is officially launched for all China-based merchants with Brazil enabled as a destination country. Advanced Logistics Program aims to improve merchant logistics and overall customer experience on Wish. For merchants who have enabled Brazil as a destination country, your China-originating, Brazil-bound orders will be automatically included in the Advanced Logistics Program. All eligible orders included in the Advanced Logistics Program will receive a number of logistics benefits offered by the Advanced Logistics Program. Eligible orders are also subject to Wish for Merchants Terms of Service as well as all Advanced Logistics Program Merchant Policies.
We’ve created this FAQ to help merchants further understand the benefits and processes of this program.
1. If I receive an Advanced Logistics Program order, what actions do I need to take?
If an order is eligible for the Advanced Logistics Program, the order will be indicated to merchants with Advanced Logistics Program flags in the Merchant Dashboard. Merchants must fulfill eligible orders through one of the following WishPost logistics channels and deliver the corresponding product to the warehouse indicated by the shipping address shown in Merchant Dashboard and WishPost:
- A-Super ECONOMY (otype: 5001-1)
- A-Super STANDARD (otype: 5002-1)
The criteria for selecting the appropriate logistics channels are as follows for Brazil-bound Advanced Logistics Program orders released after November 8, 2019 10:00AM Beijing Time:
- Within a shipping order created in WishPost, if at least one product’s (merchant price + merchant shipping) is greater than or equal to $10, merchants must choose A-Super STANDARD WishPost logistics channel to fulfill.
- Within a shipping order created in WishPost, if all products’ (merchant price + merchant shipping) is less than $10, merchants may choose either A-Super ECONOMY or A-Super STANDARD WishPost logistics channel to fulfill.
Note that for merchants currently providing only CNY price value for their products, the above threshold is ¥70.
Also note that the above two WishPost logistics channels may only be used to fulfill Advanced Logistics Program orders, and will not support regular orders.
If needed because they are unable to meet requirements for Advanced Logistics program, merchants may reach out to WishPost Customer Service or email a_plus@wish.com.

4. How do I select Wish-support pick-up carriers via ERP?
When choosing Wish-supported pick-up carriers via ERP, merchants may use WishPost API endpoint /api/v2/create_order to create Advanced Logistics Program orders. When using this API endpoint, merchants may use the pickup_service parameter to select pick-up carriers. Regarding the pickup_service parameter, note that:
1). If you select “1” for doorpickup parameter (onsite pick-up), you are required to fill out 27-1 (Wise pick-up), 42-0 (Yanwen pick-up), or 47-0 (Sunyou pick-up) for pickup_service parameter;
2). If you select “0” for doorpickup parameter (self-delivery), you are not required to fill out additional information for pickup_service parameter.
3). If pickup_service parameter is not accurately filled out, order creation will fail, and merchants will be required to redo the order creation process with accurate information filled out.
5. What is the warehouse address that I should deliver affected orders to?
Merchants may need to deliver orders to one of the following locations:
South Warehouse 3 & South Warehouse 10
Address:广东省广州市花都区花东镇花安东路机场北邮件处理中心主楼3层EPC处理中心
Contact information:刘高阳 (phone number:188-9876-5034)

The correct warehouse address is also indicated as the “shipping address” in Merchant Dashboard and WishPost for the Advanced Logistics Program orders.
6. What are the dimensions and weight limits for packages delivered to Advanced Logistics Program warehouse (Brazil-bound orders)?
The dimension and weight limits for packages depend on the product types: general products, products with built-in battery, and sensitive products。
General products and products with built-in battery:
- Cube- or cuboid-shaped packages:
- Maximum weight = 5kg
- Maximum dimension: length + width + height ≤ 90cm; length of any one side ≤ 60cm
- Minimum dimension: length ≥ 14cm; width ≥ 11cm
- Cylinder-shaped packages:
- Maximum weight = 5kg
- Maximum dimension: height + diameter * 2 ≤ 104cm; height ≤ 90cm
- Minimum dimension: height + diameter * 2 ≥ 17cm; height ≥ 11cm
Sensitive products:
- Maximum weight = 5kg
- length of any one side ≤ 60cm, length + width + height < 90cm
Note that “products with built-in battery” is defined as products with built-in lithium-ion battery or built-in button cell, etc. “Sensitive products” is defined as all other products listed in No. 9 below.
7. Any policies around or benefits of this program that I should be aware of?
Yes. Eligible orders included in the Advanced Logistics Program are subject to Wish for Merchants Terms of Service as well as all Advanced Logistics Program Merchant Policies. All eligible orders will also receive a number of logistics benefits offered by the Advanced Logistics Program. Relevant policies and benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Merchants should deliver eligible orders to the correct Advanced Logistics Program warehouse within 168 hours (7 calendar days) of the time the Advanced Logistics Program order is released to merchants. If the order arrives later than 168 hours, merchants will be charged 100% of the shipping fees based on pricing schedule, plus an additional 50% of the original shipping fees.
- If merchants adhere to all policies and deliver orders to the correct Advanced Logistics Program warehouse on time, merchants may apply for logistics insurance that covers up to 70% of the amount for refunds caused by logistics reasons. If refunds occur due to logistics reasons, the claim will be automatically reviewed and reimbursed within 45 days. If orders eligible for insurance coverage aren’t reimbursed after 45 days, merchants may contact WishPost Customer Service.
- Merchants may use a number of Wish-supported pick-up carriers or self-delivery method to deliver corresponding orders to the Advanced Logistics Program warehouse indicated in the shipping address on Merchant Dashboard and WishPost. See a list of pick-up carriers above.
- Advanced Logistics Programs orders that meet the following requirements may be eligible for payment faster (i.e. 10 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment):
- The store must have a Silver/Gold/Platinum Merchant Standing at the time the order is released to merchant;
- The Advanced Logistics Program order must have a tracked confirmed fulfillment time;
- The Advanced Logistics Program order must arrive at the designated warehouse on time within 168 hours (i.e. 7 calendar days).
Specifically for the benefit of being eligible for payment faster, Advanced Logistics Program orders released to merchants starting on December 6, 2019 12:00AM UTC may become eligible for payment 10 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment if the above conditions are met.

8. How does Wish help me comply with the importer tax ID recording requirement from Brazilian Post and Telegraph Corporation (effective January 1, 2020)?
In October 2019, the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Corporation announced its new requirement of recording the importer tax ID of all Brazil-bound items going through the Brazilian customs, effective January 1, 2020. To help all China-based merchants comply with this requirement, the Advanced Logistics Program is actively collecting the CPF information (i.e. the individual taxpayer IDs for applicable Brazilian citizens and resident aliens) of each Brazilian customer placing orders on Wish.
For merchants’ Brazil-bound Advanced Logistics Program orders, Wish will also print the CPF information on the shipping labels before delivering them to customers’ addresses in Brazil.
As such, merchants should fulfill all Brazil-bound Advanced Logistics Program orders per normal procedures and comply with all Wish Merchant Policies related to the Advanced Logistics Program. Merchants do not need to take additional actions to comply with the requirement from Brazilian Post and Telegraph Corporation.
9. Are there any special or sensitive products that I should declare in WishPost?
Yes, merchants must correctly identify and declare special or sensitive products in WishPost before shipping them to the Advanced Logistics Program warehouse. Merchants must deliver general and sensitive / special products to Advanced Logistics Program warehouse in separate packages.
If merchants do not declare sensitive or special product type in WishPost, but deliver such a product to Advanced Logistics Program warehouse, merchants will be charged an additional 1 CNY per package of Sensitive Product Handling Fee.
Please refer to the information below for a list of special / sensitive products currently supported by the Advanced Logistics Program for Brazil-bound orders (subject to change):
Supported products: products with built-in battery, set battery, cosmetic, powder, liquid within 100 milliliters (excluding alcohol), nail polish, kitchen knives (blade length must be ≤ 12cm).
Note: When packaging sensitive products, please ensure safety during various processes from warehouses to destinations, including transportation, customs clearance, and customers unpacking.
