Program Overview
1. What is the Advanced Logistics Program
The Advanced Logistics Program is a logistics program rolled out by Wish, supporting order delivery to select destination countries. The goal of the program is to improve merchant logistics and overall customer experience on Wish through a unified logistics solution. Once merchants enable the destination countries supported, they will be automatically included in the Advanced Logistics Program. Merchants simply need to deliver affected Advanced Logistics Program orders to designated warehouses within Mainland China, and Wish will cover last-mile logistics for merchants.
When merchants receive Advanced Logistics Program orders in Merchant Dashboard, they will see shipping information displaying as “WishPost Warehouse - user hash - country code”. After merchants create corresponding WishPost shipping orders, WishPost will assign the specific warehouses and merchants can see warehouse information by navigating to the “Order details” page in WishPost. To learn more about Advanced Logistics Program’s designated warehouses and API changes, please visit this article.
We have created this article to help merchants further understand the benefits and processes of this program for all destination countries supported. For more details on each destination country supported by the program, please visit the links below:

2. Selecting the appropriate logistics channel after receiving an Advanced Logistics Program order
If an order is eligible for the Advanced Logistics Program, the order will be indicated to merchants with Advanced Logistics Program flags in the Merchant Dashboard. Merchants must fulfill eligible orders through one of the following WishPost logistics channels and deliver the corresponding product to the warehouse indicated by the shipping address shown in Merchant Dashboard and WishPost:
- A-Super ECONOMY (otype: 5001-0)
- A-Super STANDARD (otype: 5002-1)
To help merchants comply with the Merchant Policy, "Confirmed Delivery Policy," the criteria for selecting the appropriate logistics channels are as follows* (applicable for orders bound for each destination country released after the respective launch date):
- Within a WishPost shipping order, if the quantity * (merchant price + merchant shipping) of all corresponding Order IDs from Merchant Dashboard is less than $10, merchants may choose either the A-Super ECONOMY or A-Super STANDARD WishPost logistics channel to fulfill.
- Within a WishPost shipping order, if the quantity * (merchant price + merchant shipping) for at least one corresponding Order IDs from Merchant Dashboard is greater than or equal to $10, merchants must choose the A-Super STANDARD WishPost logistics channel to fulfill.
Note that for merchants currently providing only CNY price value for their products, the above threshold is ¥70.
Also note that the above two WishPost logistics channels may only be used to fulfill Advanced Logistics Program orders and will not support regular orders.
Merchants may notice that some orders are marked with an “Optional Advanced Logistics Program” flag in the Merchant Dashboard. These orders are generated from products that have been removed from the program. To provide merchants logistics flexibility for fulfilling these orders, these orders can be fulfilled with any of the WishPost logistics channels of the merchants’ choice (including the two A-Super channels outlined above).
Merchants may also identify this type of orders via API, in particular, the newly-added “optional_advanced_logistics” attribute in the Order object: https://merchant.wish.com/documentation/api/v2#order (for merchants working with ERPs, ERPs need to complete integration of this new attribute first).
These orders will display the customers’ destination addresses for merchants. If merchants select an A-Super logistics channel, they still need to first deliver the order to an Advanced Logistics Program warehouse located within Mainland China; the warehouse name will be displayed to merchants in WishPost when merchants create a shipping order and generate a shipping label and via the WishPost API endpoint https://www.wishpost.cn/documentation/api/v2#create_order with the newly-added “warehouse” field in the response. Merchants selecting any other WishPost logistics channels may simply create shipping orders with the customers’ destination addresses.
If an order marked with the “Optional Advanced Logistics Program” flag is subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, merchants are required to select a WishPost logistics channel and service level that provides delivery confirmation. Should merchants select an A-Super logistics channel, the A-Super STANDARD logistics channel is required for this type of orders.
If merchants select an A-Super logistics channel to fulfill an "Optional Advanced Logistics Program" order, merchants are then subject to all Fulfillment policies related to Advanced Logistics Program.
3. Destination countries supported by the Advanced Logistics Program
As of September, 2023, the Advanced Logistics Program has covered Mainland China-originating orders bound for Brazil, Chile, Finland, Canada, Colombia, Australia, France, Italy, South Korea, the United States, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, New Zealand, Spain, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands, Mexico, South Africa, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Greece, Romania, Latvian, Slovak, Slovenia, Poland, Puerto Rico, Lithuania, Israel, Argentina, Croatia, Estonia, Luxembourg, and Singapore and will continue to expand to other destination countries.
Policies and benefits of the Advanced Logistics Program
Eligible orders included in the Advanced Logistics Program are subject to Wish for Merchants Terms of Service as well as all Advanced Logistics Program Merchant Policies. All eligible orders will also receive a number of logistics benefits offered by the Advanced Logistics Program. Relevant policies and benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Eligible orders should be delivered and scanned into the correct Advanced Logistics Program warehouse within 168 hours (7 calendar days) of the time the Advanced Logistics Program order is released to merchants. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the warehouse to scan and check in orders. If the order arrives and scans into the warehouse later than 168 hours, merchants will be charged 100% of the shipping fees based on pricing schedule, plus an additional 50% of the original shipping fees (see the Advanced Logistics Program late delivery policy). As such, we strongly suggest that merchants timely deliver eligible orders.
- Merchants may use a number of Wish-supported pick-up carriers or self-delivery method to deliver corresponding orders to the Advanced Logistics Program warehouse indicated in the shipping address on Merchant Dashboard and WishPost. See a list of pick-up carriers here.
- To help merchants ship certain Advanced Logistics Program orders more efficiently, merchants may remove certain orders from the Advanced Logistics Program directly in Merchant Dashboard based on qualified reasons:
- Currently, Finland- and United States-bound Advanced Logistics Program orders can be removed from the program for the qualified reason of “Shipping from outside of Mainland China”, so that merchants can ship relevant orders directly from their warehouses outside of Mainland China, reducing delivery time and improving customer satisfaction.
- Shipping these types of orders removed from the Advanced Logistics Program is subject to specific requirements, per the WishPost fulfillment policy. That is, these types of orders are required to be fulfilled with one of the Confirmed Delivery Carriers. As such, merchants must also comply with the confirmed delivery timeline requirements outlined in the Confirmed Delivery Policy and Refund Policy for these orders.
- Currently, United States-bound orders can also be removed from the program for qualified reasons other than “Shipping from outside Mainland China”. Merchants may learn more about a list of qualified reasons for removing United States-bound orders from the program here. As these orders are still shipped from within Mainland China, they must be fulfilled with WishPost. However, merchants may choose the appropriate WishPost logistics channels based on whether the removed order is subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy or not. Specifically,
- If the order is subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, merchants must fulfill the order with WishPost and select an appropriate WishPost logistics channel and service level that provide last-mile tracking (i.e. delivery confirmation);
- If the order is not subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, merchants may fulfill the orders with any WishPost logistics channel of their choice.
- Per the WishPost fulfillment policy, order removal found to be based on non-qualified reasons may be subject to payment withholding and/or possible suspension
- Advanced Logistics Programs orders that meet the following requirements may be eligible for payment faster (i.e., 20 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment):
- The store must be in a Wish Standards Gold or Platinum tier at the time the order is released to merchants;
- The Advanced Logistics Program order must have a tracked confirmed fulfillment time;
- The Advanced Logistics Program order must arrive at and scan into the designated warehouse on time within 168 hours (i.e., 7 calendar days).
Please view the Fees and Payments policy for more information.
Specifically for the benefit of being eligible for payment faster, Advanced Logistics Program orders released to merchants starting on November 2, 2020 12:00AM UTC may become eligible for payment 20 calendar days after confirmed fulfillment if the above conditions are met.
Merchants are able to view which Advanced Logistics Program orders are eligible for payment faster via the following pathways on their Merchant Dashboard:
1. Navigate to the Orders > History page, and look for a green icon under the ‘View Product (SKU)’ column:
Or you can click the link under the ‘Payment Status’ column on the Orders > History page. In the popup modal that follows, hover over the ‘Eligible For Payment Date’ tooltip for more detailed information:
2. Navigate to the Account > Payment History page, and click on a link under Payment ID to go to the corresponding payment’s Payment Details page. In the “Paid Transactions” section of the Payment Details page, the same green icon will be located in the ‘Order ID’ column:
How to join the Advanced Logistics Program
If merchants enable the destination countries supported by the program in their Merchant Dashboard (see the second paragraph of this article for a detailed list of supported countries), the orders bound for their enabled supported countries will be automatically included in the Advanced Logistics Program.
How to view an Advanced Logistics Program order in Merchant Dashboard
Merchants may see their Advanced Logistics Program orders in their Merchant Dashboard Orders > Unfulfilled Orders page. Affected orders will be marked with an "Advanced Logistics Program" flag next to the “Product”, as shown below:
An order described above and marked with an “Optional Advanced Logistics Program” flag is shown below:
Note that if Wish receives information from WishPost indicating that the tracking information for an Advanced Logistics Program order has been cancelled by the partner carrier, we may re-release the order to merchants for fulfillment again. A re-released Advanced Logistics Program order will be shown with an “A+ Tracking Number Cancelled” flag in the Merchant Dashboard Orders > Unfulfilled Orders page:
These orders will be removed from the Advanced Logistics Program, and merchants need to drop ship them directly to the customers’ shipping address. To learn more about fulfilling these types of re-released orders, please consult this article for details.
