For areas not covered by the pickup carriers, merchants may consider leveraging HUB Program as their first-mile solution for their Advanced Logistics Program orders to lower logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency. Uni-Inventory Program can also be helpful for merchants to fulfill Advanced Logistics Program orders as it provides efficient inventory management and order fulfillment services.
6. Selecting Wish-supported pickup carriers via ERP
When choosing Wish-supported pick-up carriers via ERP, merchants may use WishPost API endpoint /api/v2/create_order to create shipping orders for delivering the Advanced Logistics Program orders to the assigned warehouse. When using this API endpoint, merchants may use the pickup_service parameter to select pick-up carriers. Regarding the pickup_service parameter, note that:
1). If you select “1” for doorpickup parameter (onsite pick-up), you are required to fill out 27-1 (Wise pick-up) or 42-0 (Yanwen pick-up) for pickup_service parameter;
2). If you select “0” for doorpickup parameter (self-delivery), you are not required to fill out additional information for pickup_service parameter.
3). If you select “2” for doorpickup parameter (pending), you are not required to fill out additional information for pickup_service parameter.
After you create shipping orders (pickup methods are pending), you can access the warehouse address via the “dest_warehouse_address_cn” field in the response of the API endpoint “/api/v3/order_status” (https://www.wishpost.cn/documentation/api/v2#order_status).
Once you obtain the assigned warehouse information and decide the pickup method (onsite pick-up or self-delivery), you can select and submit the pickup method (onsite pick-up or self-delivery) and the return method via the API endpoint “/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm” (https://www.wishpost.cn/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm).
Please note that you are required to submit pickup methods via the API endpoint “/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm” within 24 hours after you create shipping orders with pending pickup methods via API endpoint “/api/v2/create_order”; otherwise, your WishPost shipping orders will be canceled.
In addition, if you have already select 1”(onsite pick-up) or “0”(self-delivery) for doorpickup parameter when creating shipping orders, you will not be able to submit the pickup method again via the API endpoint “/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm”.
4). If pickup_service parameter is not accurately filled out, order creation will fail, and merchants will be required to redo the order creation process with accurate information filled out.

When merchants receive Advanced Logistics Program orders in Merchant Dashboard, they will see shipping information displaying as “WishPost Warehouse - user hash - country code”. After merchants create a corresponding WishPost shipping order, WishPost will assign the specific warehouse and merchants can see warehouse information by navigating to the “Order details” page in WishPost.
Additionally, merchants can access the warehouse address via the newly-added “dest_warehouse_address_cn” field in the response of the API endpoint “/api/v3/order_status” (https://www.wishpost.cn/documentation/api/v2#order_status).
Meanwhile, the warehouse address will no longer be provided to merchants via the existing `shipping_details`(v2 APIs) and `shipping_detail`(v3 APIs) attributes in the response of the following API endpoints:
1. v2 APIs (https://merchant.wish.com/documentation/api/v2#order):
- GET api/v2/order
- GET api/v2/order/multi-get
- GET api/v2/order/get-fulfill
2. v3 APIs (https://merchant.wish.com/documentation/api/v3/reference#tag/Orders):
- GET api/v3/orders/{id}
- GET api/v3/orders
In addition, WishPost will launch a new shipping order creation process as an additional option that we offer for merchants to consider for creating shipping orders via API. Specifically, when creating shipping orders via API, merchants can first select pickup methods (onsite pick-up or self-delivery) as pending via this creation process. After they create shipping orders and obtain the assigned Advanced Logistics Program warehouse, they can select and submit pickup methods and return methods via a new WishPost API endpoint “/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm” (https://www.wishpost.cn/api/v3/order/collection_option/confirm).
This new creation process would be helpful for merchants to select appropriate delivery methods for delivering their orders to the assigned warehouse, after we transfer the Advanced Logistics Program warehouse assignment process to WishPost. Note that this new shipping order creation process will not affect the existing shipping order creation process, API endpoints, and the process or policies for merchants to fulfill Advanced Logistics Program orders. For merchants who do not need to select the pick-up carriers or self-delivery method based on the assigned warehouse, they can simply follow the existing process to create shipping orders via API. Please check the above section 6. Selecting Wish-supported pickup carriers via ERP for more details on this new creation process.
Merchants may consider leveraging the Uni-Inventory Program as an additional warehouse option to fulfill their Advanced Logistics Program orders with a simple warehouse operation process and competitive service rate. Please refer to this FAQ for details on how Uni-Inventory Program may benefit merchants shipping Advanced Logistics Program orders.
