The Graphic Sexual Content policy applies to all product listings and categories, including Sexual Wellness products. Merchants must ensure that their listings are appropriate for all audiences.
Listings found to be in violation of this policy are subject to various repercussions and/or removal without prior notice by Wish. If a merchant is found to violate this policy multiple times, the merchant may be subject to other consequences, including (but not limited to) account suspension or account termination.
What are examples of prohibited content per Wish’s Graphic Sexual Content policy?
Examples of prohibited content include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Hardcore Pornography
- Products or listings which promote, allude to, and/or depict sexual engagement with a minor
- Listings that portray sexual acts and/or other sexually explicit content
- Listings with sexually suggestive content
- Listings that contain lewd, obscene, offensive, explicit, or sexually suggestive language
- Realistic sexual wellness products (including sex dolls or adult toys that are lifelike and/or fleshlike)
- Listings that contain nudity and/or partial nudity
- Sexual wellness products where the product is not the primary focus (including censored and blurred imagery)

Sexual Wellness Products include (but are not limited to):
- All adult products
- Anal Plugs
- Dildos
- Male Masturbators
- Penis Covers & Penis Extenders
- Sex Dolls
- Torso Masturbators
- Vibrators
- Bondage Gear
- Fetish Wear
- Condoms
- Adult oriented toys and games
- Sexual wellness topicals/lubes/etc.
- Novelty
Non-Sexual Wellness Products include (but are not limited to):
- Nude Minor in Non-Sexual Content
- Diaper listings
- Baby bath listings
- All products with sexually suggestive material, nudity, and/or partial nudity.
- Lingerie
- T-shirts
- Undergarments
- Panty Hose, Tights, etc.
- Action figures
- Posters
- Mouse pads

What are examples of Sexually Explicit Content?
Examples of sexually explicit content include (but are not limited to):
- Product listings that depict sexual acts and/or exposure of the human body and/or animated characters
- Images and/or videos of fully or partially exposed genitalia
- Images and/or videos of fully or partially exposed breasts
- Images and/or videos of fully or partially exposed anal openings
- Graphic depictions or images demonstrating product use
What are examples of Sexually Suggestive Content?
Examples of sexually suggestive content include (but are not limited to):
- All product listings with the intent to create sexual arousal (including images with censorship or blurring of sensitive areas on the body)
- Models in lingerie and/or undergarments with sexually suggestive posing (including images with censorship or blurring of sensitive areas on the body)
- Erotic setups
What are some things to keep in mind when listing products that are compliant with the Graphic Sexual Content policy on Wish?
- Comply with all applicable laws and restrictions.
- Products or listings which promote, allude to, and/or depict sexual engagement with a minor are prohibited.
- Listings must use images that clearly display the product for sale without the use of gratuitous nudity or obscenity.
- Avoid graphic depictions of the product in use and/or images alluding to explicit sexual activity.
- Avoid using sexually suggestive imagery (images with intent to create sexual arousal).
- Avoid listing content with any form of nudity and/or partial nudity.
- Avoid using language that is explicit, obscene, and/or offensive.
- Use straightforward, clinical, businesslike language to describe the product and its features.
- Titles and descriptions should have clear and concise statements of the product being sold.
- Listing images must clearly display the product by itself. Do not include objects with the product in the listing images such as explicitly suggestive body poses and/or hand gestures.
- Use images that clearly display the product for sale with a transparent or black background in the first image. Images that are blurred or censored are strictly prohibited.
- Avoid listing products that mirror real-life human and/or animal genitalia in terms of flesh color and other related realistic details.
