Advanced Logistics Program for Israel-bound orders overview

Effective November 1, 2021 2:00AM UTC, the Advanced Logistics Program for Israel-bound orders is officially launched for all Mainland China-based merchants with Israel enabled as a destination country. The Advanced Logistics Program aims to improve merchant logistics and overall customer experience on Wish. All eligible orders included in the Advanced Logistics Program will receive a number of logistics benefits offered by the Advanced Logistics Program. Eligible orders are also subject to Wish for Merchants Terms of Service as well as all Advanced Logistics Program Merchant Policies.

The below information applies to Advanced Logistics Program for Israel-bound orders only:

1. What is the shipping pricing for the two required WishPost logistics channels for Israel-bound Advanced Logistics Program orders?

2. What are the dimensions and weight limits for packages delivered to Advanced Logistics Program warehouse (Israel-bound orders)?

Package dimension and weight requirements depend on the product type (general products, special products, and sensitive products):

Note that special products = products with built-in ion or button battery; sensitive products = products not categorized as general or special products; common sensitive products include but are not limited to eye shadow, lip gloss, liquid foundation, facial cream, facial mask, scrubbing cream, headphones, small speakers, etc.

Please note that starting August 6, 2020 12:00AM Beijing Time, for all Advanced Logistics Program orders arriving at the corresponding warehouses after this time with the length of any side exceeding 55cm, the packages’ length, width, and height will be measured.

The dimension weight of the packages will be calculated as (Length x Width x Height) / 8,000 (measured in kg). And shipping fees will be charged based on the dimension weight or actual weight of the packages, whichever is greater.

3. What is the maximum declared value for Israel-bound Advanced Logistics Program packages?

Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program for Israel-bound orders does NOT accept packages with declared value above $70 USD. If merchants ship Israel-bound orders whose packages’ declared value is above $70 USD, please navigate to WishPost > the Dispute Toolkits page, and submit an online dispute to remove the corresponding orders from the Advanced Logistics Program and directly drop ship.

In addition, please note that Israel's personal parcel customs tax allowance is $75 USD. If the value of the package exceeds this amount, the customs may impose additional taxes based on the product category, and the customer (buyer) will be responsible for the tax.

4. Are there any product categories unsupported by the Advanced Logistics Program for Israel-bound orders?

Merchants should properly declare special or sensitive products in WishPost. In addition, when packaging sensitive products, please ensure safety during various processes from warehouses to destinations, including transportation, customs clearance, and customers unpacking.

If merchants do not declare special or sensitive products in WishPost, but ship such products to the warehouse, merchants will be charged an additional 1 RMB per package of Sensitive Product Handling Fee.
