If your store has an unacceptably high percentage of orders from misleading products and/or orders shipped with fake tracking, this is considered a violation of Wish policies, and your store’s payments will be withheld for a minimum of one payment cycle until this percentage decreases. You will receive an infraction notice of the payment hold.

To release the payment hold, you need to take appropriate steps to lower your store’s percentage of orders from misleading products and/or orders shipped with fake tracking:
- On the Infractions > Action Required page on your merchant dashboard, review your store’s misleading listings product infractions and/or fake tracking infractions. If necessary, file disputes with supporting evidence for any infractions that you believe were issued incorrectly.
- Continue fulfilling orders for compliant product listings and provide valid and accurate tracking information. This will help increase your store’s percentage of compliant sales.
- Disable any other product listings that may not comply with Wish policies to avoid further infractions. Follow the process outlined in this guide on disabling your product.
Please reach out to your account manager if you have any questions about Wish’s misleading products or fake tracking policies.
