Ledger Account Balance View

The Ledger Account Balance view (log in to Merchant Dashboard > Payments > Account Balance), shows one line item for each payment update in your account, making it an easy way for you to track payment amounts. 

The view provides current and pending balances, next scheduled payment date, and order payment details with pages to include payment breakdowns ("Deposit/Credit" and "Withdrawal/Debit") plus rebate and infraction details.

From the Account Balance page – and either the Current or Pending Balance tabs – click on the order to see payment details: 

Some important things to note:

• All ledger items (which sum up to the total “Balance”) are unchangeable and generated from one centralized ledger event system. 
• The system processes within minutes.
