Wish merchants are required to input their payment details via the Wish merchant dashboard (Account > Payment Settings) in order to receive payments for Wish sales.

In order to set-up a payment provider via Wish payment settings, the merchant must specify if it is an individual or a business. The merchant must also provide the full name of the account owner or primary contact, a national ID number, mobile number, email address, and street address.
Why is Wish making updates to Payment Settings?
Wish is constantly trying to improve our Marketplace and services and may amend its policies and Terms of Service from time to time to do so. The updated fields in Payment Settings are part of our ongoing improvement efforts.
Will my personal information be secure?

How do I change my Payment Provider?
To change your payment provider, select “Change Provider” link from the Payment Settings page:
What is the Business Name?
This field is for businesses registered with the government in the country where the merchant is located. Merchants that are unfamiliar with this field should select “An Individual” when filling out identity information.
What is the Business Registration Code?
This field is for businesses registered with the government in the country where the merchant is located. Merchants that are unfamiliar with this field should select “An Individual” when filling out identity information.
Examples include the following:
- USA = Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- China = 18-digit Business Registration Number
Are merchants required to submit responses to all identity information fields?
The field for National ID number is only required from merchants whose address is located in China. All other fields are required from all merchants.
What is the National ID number?
A National ID number is provided by the government in the country where the merchant is located. If the Wish merchant is an individual account, Wish requires the National ID number of the individual account owner. If the Wish merchant is a business account, Wish requires the National ID number of the business’ primary contact.
For merchants located in China, the National ID number is known as the Resident Identity Card Number and is 18 digits in the format of RRRRRRYYYYMMDDSSSC.
In the “Identity Information” section what is meant by the “Full Name” field?
If the Wish merchant is an individual account, the merchant should enter the first and last name of the individual account owner in the “Full Name” field. If the Wish merchant is a business account, the merchant should enter the first and last name of the primary contact in the “Full Name” field.
In the “Information Collected by Provider” section, what is meant by the “Pay To” field?
If the Wish merchant is an individual account, the merchant should enter the first name and last name of the individual account owner in the “Pay To” field. If the merchant is an business account, the merchant should enter the business name.
How do I view a Payment invoice?
With every payment that Wish sends to merchants, Wish will email the merchant a Payment Invoice with details on how the payment was calculated. The Payment Invoice will look as follows:
Whenever a merchant modifies Payment Settings, Wish will send an email to the merchant with details on the changes made to the account. Here is an example email:
