You can set different shipping prices per product per destination for products in your Primary or Secondary warehouses.
First of all, on the Merchant Dashboard Settings > Shipping page, you can set the Country Shipping Price, which is the shipping price for all your existing non-yellow-diamond products shipped to specific destinations from your STANDARD (Primary) warehouse.
Next, to manually update the shipping prices for specific products on Merchant Dashboard (if needed), navigate to the Products > View All Products page.
You will first see all products within the "STANDARD (Primary)" warehouse tab.
The Country Shipping Price column for each product on this page displays either "Enable" (if all destinations are disabled for this product) or "View" (if shipping prices have been previously set for the product).
To update the shipping price on a product level, click on the "View" or "Enable" button described above:
On the Edit International Shipping Options page that follows, you can update the product’s localized shipping price (based on your store's Local Currency Code found under the "Currency Settings" section on the Payment Settings page) at a country/region level. Save the changes when done.
Merchants can set different shipping options for products within the Primary warehouses.
Merchants may also set max delivery days as a part of the shipping option for each product in Primary and/or Secondary warehouses. Based on the max delivery days set, products in Primary and/or Secondary warehouses may be eligible for Wish Express benefits. Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the difference between Default Shipping Price and Country Shipping Price?
If a product listing has any new destination enabled without the destination-level shipping price manually set (per steps above), the product’s “Default Shipping Price” (on the Edit International Shipping Options page; see screenshot above) automatically applies as the shipping price for this new destination.
If merchants have set the shipping prices for all enabled destinations of a product, then the "Default Shipping Price" does not override these existing prices.
2. Can I enable certain sub-regions within a destination country?
Yes, certain sub-regions can be enabled and disabled within destinations. These can be edited manually on the product-level Edit International Shipping Options page (see screenshot above).
