1. How do I use UMPAY to recharge my ProductBoost balance?
You can use UMPAY to recharge your ProductBoost balance, and you do not need to switch the provider to UMPAY under your payment settings page.

2. What banks does UMPAY accept?
UME supports 18 major banks in China, such as:
- ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China)
- ABC (Agricultural Bank of China)

UME provides the following payment options:

4. Will I be charged a fee for using the UMPAY service?
No, there are no additional fees for this service.
5. How do I set up the UMPAY payment options on the UMPAY website?
See the "Recharging Guide" (below) for instructions on how to set up payment via WeChat, Online Banking, Credit Card, Credit Card for CMB, and Debit Card.
6. What happens if I receive the error message “the system is busy” during payment?
Please contact Wish support regarding the payment status of the order. If the deduction is successful, please provide the order number for further inquiry.
7. What happens if I receive the error message “payment failed” but the funds have been deducted from my bank account?
Please contact Wish support and provide required details about the order.
8. What if the transaction was successful and the fee has been deducted from bank account, but the order status is still pending?
Please contact Wish support to consult the order status.
9. What if I want to recall a transaction?
Please contact Wish support for assistance.
10. What if the transaction has been recalled but the refund has not been received?
Please wait 7-15 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
11. What happens if I receive the error message “the bank card information is wrong” during payment?
Please ensure that your bank card is valid and the card information entered is correct.
12. What happens if the transaction failed and funds were deducted from my bank account?
If the transaction failed and funds were deducted from your bank account, UMPAY will refund you in 7-15 working days after reconciliation.
13. What is quick-payment?
Quick-payment is a popular and convenient payment method used by many major companies (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay, ICBC, and CCB). Just connect your credit card or debit card without logging in to your bank account. You will need to input your card number, ID number, phone number, CVV, the expiration date, and SMS verification code to finish the payment.
14. Are there risks for using quick payment?
- No payment method is absolutely secure.
- UMPAY’s payment system has been authenticated by the authentication institution assigned by People’s Bank of China and there are no obvious security flaws.
- UMPAY places restrictions on the transaction volume and the risk control team will check any potentially risky transactions. If you suspect any issues with fraud, please contact UMPAY by phone and UMPAY will help you recover your losses.

Recharging Guide for UMPAY Payment Options
When selecting UMPAY as a provider, you are redirected to the UMPAY payment website. You can select from payment options such as WeChat or various online banking options.
WeChat Pay
1. Click "WeChat Payment."
2. Populate your payment information.
3. Fill in the payment information and click "免费获取验证码" .
4. Input the verification code you receive and click "确认支付".
5. Open your WeChat mobile app, scan the QR code, and complete the payment process.
You will see a successful payment confirmation screen as follows:
Online Banking Pay
1. Click "bank card payment."
2. Select a bank.
3. Select a payment method.
4. Populate your payment information.
5. Click "免费获取验证码".
6. Input the verification code you receive, and click "确认支付".
7. Note the summary of your transaction with your bank; click the grey button to pay.
Upon successful payment, you will see the following confirmation page.
Credit Card
1. Click "bank card payment."
2. Select your bank.
3. Select the payment method to indicate credit card payment.
4. Fill in your payment information.
5. Click “免费获取验证码".
6. Input the verification code you receive and click “确认支付”.
