ProductBoost is a Wish advertising tool that merchants can leverage to help increase sales of existing products, kickstart sales of new products, and encourage user engagement.
Merchants can create multiple campaigns with multiple products over different periods of time to boost products higher up within the product rankings.
The ProductBoost CSV Campaign Creation Feature enables merchants to boost their best products in bulk.
Here’s how to create a ProductBoost campaign with this CSV Campaign Creation feature:
Step 1. In your merchant.wish.com account, go to the ProductBoost menu, and select “Create Campaign via CSV”
Step 2. Download the file template and fill in the required campaign details
The required fields include:
- Campaign Name
- Budget
- Product ID
- Optional Keywords
- Auto Renew
- Start Time
- End Time
Important Notes:
- If you would like to group certain product IDs in the same campaign, the product IDs must share identical information for the following fields:
- Campaign Name
- Budget
- Auto Renew
- Start Time
- End Time
- A product ID may only be in one active campaign at any given time
- Make sure you have enough balance in your account to cover the budgets for all campaigns. Learn more about the various ways to pay for ProductBoost here.
Step 3. After you upload your CSV file, we will run validation checks on the CSV file and display any errors so that you can address them
If all the inputs in the CSV file are valid and meet all the validation requirements as detailed above, you will see a “Success!” message. Then, you can map your CSV columns titles with the required column names. If you use the example template, the columns will automatically be detected and mapped for you.
Step 4. Review the “Feed Preview” and make sure everything looks correct before submitting the upload job for processing
Step 5. After you submit the file upload job for processing, you will be redirected to the job detail page, where you can track the upload status.
Step 6. Once the file upload job is completed, you may view your scheduled campaigns in your “List all campaigns” view under the ProductBoost tab
