What is Auto Renew Campaign?

Auto Renew (Evergreen) Campaign is a feature for merchants to renew their ProductBoost campaigns automatically.

What are the benefits of using Auto Renew Campaign?

Some key benefits:

• The settings of your campaigns are automatically saved and applied for each renewal, to save your time and effort.
• We pre-generate the renewal campaigns before the old campaigns end, to prevent any disruptions in your ProductBoost campaigns.
• You can always review and make necessary changes to the evergreen renewal campaigns before they start, to optimize the best result.

How do I choose Auto Renew Campaign?

When you are creating a new ProductBoost campaign, select "Auto Renew" to renew your campaign.

When do I see my renewed campaigns?

If you have chosen to renew your campaign, you will see the pre-generated renewal campaign two days before your old campaign ends.  

Can I make adjustment to my renewed campaigns?

You can change the auto renewed campaigns’ date and budget, but you can’t change the product.  

What is the budget for my renewed campaigns?

The renewed campaign's budget is the same as the latest budget of your old campaign, at the time of renewal - which is two days before the old campaign ends.

What should I pay attention to when I auto renew my campaigns?

Please make sure your account's ProductBoost balance is greater than the renewal campaign’s budget, at the time of renewal.
